Old beds in lines
Our stay was ok and the room was clean
The rooms are older and are showing wear and tear. The walls are thin and you can hear the other residents (especially from above) The barking dogs at 6:45am was unnerving Breakfast was minimal as there were no waffle supplies, plates or cups. Overall, it was disappointing, considering we stayed here based on good reviews.
Staff was nice and the breakfast was good
Room was very cold and the head didn't work good Smoking smell all over And cold water in the shower
Right on the way back to Canada from Washington
I like the people that work there my hot water wasn't working in the room right they gave me a diffrent room and let me and told me I could take the blanks and towels free breaskfest and the wifi is excellent there is a gas place not even five min away that stays open all night with a md inside of it I go stay at the super 8 every weekend fri sat sun till mon morning pluse you can smoke in the room all the rooms are the same price
The bed sheets has stains on them
Very clean - excellent value for the money. Easy to find - right off highway - convenient to gas stations, restaurants, etc. Wi Fi was very handy. Girl at front desk when I checked in was very nice. Refrigerator and microwave in room was a real plus - not usually found in less expensive hotels. Pleasantly surprised to see room service was available (although I did not use it).
Bed was old and not very comfortable. Furniture and linens appeared worn. No cups in room (although there was a coffee maker which I couldn't use). When I went to check out there was a sign saying staff would "be back shortly" I ended up just leaving my key card. Seeing as it was X-mas day, I understood there being less staff - not a big problem.
This motel seems OK, but cigarette smoke hits you before you hit the front door and is in the hallways and the room. The room seemed clean enough until we pulled back the bed covers and saw stained sheets and flat stained pillows. The towels were even worse. Not worth the savings.
Price was far.
Smelled very smokey. That was unpleasant.
We were looking for one night sleep at a hotel. Price and location was okay
It was very uncomfortable to stay there, it was dirty. The old motel, old floors, old towels with stains. Discussting. We ask for other towels in the evening, we were told that we'll get towels in the morning.
Bed and pillows.
Had to get new key every night. Buzzer on side door not working. Desk clerk on personal cell phone call. Toilet did not flush properly. Side entrance for handicap room had stairs.
Comfortable bed. Furniture and appliances were in good condition. Good sized bathroom with recently upgraded shower/bath. Location convenient to downtown, interstate exit, dining and shopping. Pleasant and efficient staff.
Window needs attention - seal broken resulting in leakage and fogging. Shortage of outlets. Had to unplug clock radio to plug in laptop.
good price, very clean
They need new beds bad.
I liked that it was in the middle of all places I needed to get to,without getting lost or needing assistance finding what I needed.
The room was dirty, there was body hair from someone shaving in the bath tub, smelled like cat urine, the workers allowed a young women and her half naked children to run around the hotel as the mother screamed nasty words to the children and threatened to beat them if the didn't listen.
Clean, more than adequate, cheap doesn't get better than that
The first clerk did give a us the name and directions to a great restaurant.
"Stucco" covered many defects; the bathtub floor was spongy; I did not feel safe.
Helpful & friendly staff. Good choice of fruit and yoghurt at breakfast. Accessibility to roads.
It was supposed to be smoke-free, yet was always conscious of the smell of cigarette smoke.
The up to date, in room amenities were very good which made the room, including the beds, very comfortable. This motel has been renovated but still needs some more improvements.
The bathtub drain was clogged resulting in an ankle deep morning shower and the water spout / shower control didn't work properly. The carpet needed cleaning and the bedspreads were fairly worn. Also, the lobby needs to be more inviting and the parking better illuminated.
Unfriendly, unprofessional staff. Whole building reeked from cigarette smoke and our room still smelled of cigarette smell bathroom was old and out dated. Very bad experience ! Would never go back again.....
It was nice seeing the children and the puppy and I understand why they were there.
The children ran all over the lobby, up and down stairs and down hallways until late at night. Toys were frequently all over the lobby floor. A child in a rolling walker is both dangerous to the child and makes entry and exit diffucult.
Room was clean with good facilities. Right off the interstate. Woman at front desk was lovely. Good breakfast. Slept well. Checked in late and decent place to stay for a night.
Wouldn't recommend for more than a couple of nights.
Smell of smoke everywhere. Even seeps into the non smoking rooms. Room not very clean. Common area dingy. The price was right and I usually don't mind super8 bit would never stay here again.
Hotel person was awesome
Only had one towel in room and was told there was a shortage of towels. I requested extra pillows at check in and had to call to remind staff. Was told to wait while they did audit. I arrived at 10:40 pm and wanted to go to bed. Finally got pillows at 11:30pm.
My mother told me never to say anything bad .....
Whole lobby smelled like cigarette smoke, smoke alarm chirped all night, toilet ran after flushing, tv fuzzy, cat food bowl behind front desk and owner's two toddlers rolling around front lobby
