It was under construction and was not appealing at all. Very uninviting. Outside of our window trash was piled. I wouldn't recomend this hotel to anyone. Young man in the morning tried his best to get us to stay:/
I liked the waffle station at the complimentary breakfast and the staff was so nice there.
Breakfast was good but I had to ask for a spoon. The food was ok.
It took 10 minutes for the desk person to locate my reservation. The mattress on the bed (room 209) was broken or over used. It was like sleeping in a hammock. No wifi when I got there and the desk clerk was not informed of a new password program.
being given a key to a room already rented.....indifference of desk clerk.....lack of friendlness from owner/operator (?) They seemed more intent on discouraging customer service than attempting to provide any.
Swimming pool was nice and heated.
The bathroom smelled like Urania. The shower wouldn't drain. Would give us any towels without being charged. Kids in the room next to us were screaming and crying and kept bagging on are door all night. Management very rude and seemed like they didn't care about their customers.
Manager Sam was outstanding. Arranged for adjacent rooms. Was great about our little dog. This is a wonderful facility for families.
It was ok but i spected better
Too dark, it needs more lights, Renew the room, it's old REMODEL
There was dirt around the baseboards. The bathroom smelled like urine and we had to get cleaner to make it tolerable. The painting looked like it was done by someone with no skills at all. This place seems to be typical of most of the motels across the US now where foreigners have taken over. The upkeep and repairs are not done. NO PRIDE IN OWNERSHIP. NO MORE SUPER 8 FOR ME.
Comfortable bed with a good mattress sack.
Dirty floors needed mopping, reservation not found, room requested not available...charged $5 more than quoted. Wifi not operational except in office area. No coffee before 6:00 am. Poor service at the front desk. Large hole in the wall of the room.
Perfect location for my needs.
Hair dryer didn't work. No elevator. No frig.
location, we stayed a total of 13 nights in 2 visits, the first was good value, the second top price. We were at BYU so this worked for us without a car. The room was ok, nice space, good TV & wifi, Breakfast was good too. Recommend is a yes and a no!
in this business customer service is everything and they failed badly, front desk an F, everything is too much, no washing machine powder, comes from interstate! there is always someone who will do it better, next year I'll be looking elsewhere now i know the area and the options
Location. Good bed. Nice staff
Noise from the street Hard to find a place to eat
Seems to be well maintained. It's age shows, but it isn't in disrepair. Narrowly dodged getting a room that smelled very strongly of fresh paint. It's nice they seem to be staying on top of some things.
Noisy. Squeaky beds, could hear every unmuffled conversation from the hall and everyone in the hall can hear everything from the rooms, could hear muffled tv and conversation sounds through the walls. Glad the neighbors weren't especially loud. Check-in was needlessly difficult through one (clearly new) worker at the desk.
we liked the location, they were attentive to the room each day, the breakfast was well supplied
Didn't keep halls clean, doors wouldn't open to get in the hotel, even the runner rugs weren't realigned, had to ask for a tub rug, no clock, but they found one for us.
rooms needed to be cleaned, I found what looked like a piece of bacon on the floor along with other trash, bed spreads had trash on them, does not look like the rooms or hall ways had been vacuumed in a while. Rooms were run down. Air conditioning came on but on high cool would shut down before the room was at a comfortable temp. we slept with no covers in a warm room. They could have dumped the bathroom trash made the beds changed the towels and it would have been just as we found it.
Location, close to BYU
Decrepit facilities and hot tub not working (asked about pool facilities, said it was working) vending machine out of order. Pool towel rack empty. Outside Locking doors broken, can not secure.
The Lobby looked fairly good
The floor, furniture, a/c were extremely dirty. There were cob webs in the ceiling corners. There was something hanging from wires that had been pulled from the wall. I had to sleep in the middle of the bed because my side was so flat I kept falling out. The hallway rugs and scatter rug were filthy. The room was extremely hot with the a/c doing nothing for it. I am quite sure the air filter in the a/c has never been cleaned or changed in many years. The front staff member took my c/c then through it back on the counter without saying please, thank you or a smile. I have stayed in many Super 8's but this is by far the most disgusting.
The room was dirty and many things were broken: TV channels not working, blankets torn and stained, outlets not covered, front door doesnt close all the way. The staff was unresponsive about my issues and rude when I alerted them.
Location, location, location. The pool was warm, so that was nice.
The staff wasn't friendly or very helpful. They first said that we didn't have a reservation and I had to give them proof until they found it. And THEN they made me move my car for parking so that they can make more money for the Stadium of Fire parking and were VERY VERY rude about it. I'm not sure why these people are managers. And the bathroom was disgusting! Seriously. I had to buy some Clorox wipes to clean it. And when it says that there is a fridge in the room, only a few rooms have it. Luckily, one of our two rooms had one, but we were planning on having two. I would recommend for location only. It was nice to come home after the Stadium of Fire and not be stuck in traffic for 2 hours.
nothing at all
filthly room, TV channels not working: I called the front desk and she told me she didnt have time to take care if it then (that was around 830pm-they never came to fix it). outlet exposed, wi-fi signal not working, bathroom dirty and many things broken, blanket on beds were ripped in many places. i told the front desk in the morning the terrible shape of the room and he said the front desk person the night before offered me a refund: this never happened. I never asked for a refund the night before. He then said, you were the lady with the pet, I said: we are on a motorcycle no we dont have a pet, that is some other disgruntled customer you are talking about. Disgusting place. Dont stay there.
lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance,Price, security lacking. This motel should be condemed by the city and health dept. Its also a fire hazard with electric wiring protruding from walls and smoke alarms destroyed and more
no elevator continental breakfast was orange juice mattress was lumpy cold shower floors were not clean
THE LOCATION WAS GOOD. FRIDGE IN ROOM WAS GOOD . TV WAS GOOD. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD , BUT NOT OPEN EARLY ENOUGH ON SUNDAY. WE HAD A ISSUE IN OUR ROOM AND A PERSON DID COME PRETTY PROMPTLY.
THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE STEEP FOR A OLD MOTEL. OUR ROOM WASNT UP TO PAR. THERE WERE STAINS ON THE SHEETS THE SIZE OF A BASKETBALL, IN COUPLE DIFFRENT PLACES. HAD TO HAVE STAFF BRING NEW SHEETS. WE HAD TO CHANGE THEM OURSELVES. WE NEEDED SOME EXTRA TOWELS AND STAFF SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY. NOISEY FAN IN BATHROOM. THEIR WAS SUPPOSE TO BE LOCKED DOORS TO ENTER THE BUILDING AND THEY REMAINED OPEN ALL NIGHT. TRASH CANS OUTSIDE WERE OVERFLOWING WITH TRASH. PROBABLY WONT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN.
