Looking abut tired
the bed and shower both had hair that was not ours, the staff member was asleep at the front desk when we arrived, was a horrible overall experiance, will definetly not return
Location, clean sheets.
The entire place just straight up dirty. Period. I was so icked out I didn't feel comfortable going barefoot & wore my flip flops when out of bed because the carpet was moist & grimey. I might try to get a refund. Gross.
We flew into ATL late and missed our connecting flight, rebooked for first flight next morning, so we would only be in the hotel for a short time. Even that time was awful. The smell of the mildew in the room was over the top the ac was running in the room to presumably mitigate the humidity, but didn't work well enough, as all of the beds/bedding felt damp, ended up using towels as blankets. Fairly certain there's a few "families" living in the hotel also. The young kids running back and forth between rooms at midnight yelling was a treat.. Overall awful experience and I wouldn't recommend to anyone. The fact that it has 3 stars is horrifying.
Main advantage is location and economical price compared to other
the clealiness could be improved. the breakfast timing is impractical shd be upto ten
- Too over priced for this room. - Owners weren't as friendly and approachable. - Staff was rude. - Hallway smelled of marijuana. - The room itself smelled of overwhelming cleaning chemicals. - Their were small hairs in the bathroom floor and in the mini-fridge. - Some lights were not working in the room. - The alarm clock was broken. - This hotel was gross,.
the staff was very heipful
not a real exercise room as stated
The worse experience I've had in my life!
The worse experience I've had in my life! Pubic hairs all over the bathroom, the bathtub wasn't cleaned (We asked for cleaner after being told house keeping had gone for the night, we were given GLASS CLEANER and told this was all they had!!!). My 5 yr old son found a can of rotting vienna Sausage juice under the bed, and as children do picked it up to show me and spilled the juice on the bed and himself! When we asked for new sheets we were originally told there was none. After going off on the front desk attendant (Weston) he mysteriously "found" clean sheets and changed the bed....BUT not before telling us we were the ones who had the can of sausage in the room (which was false) and passively insulting our parenting for letting my son get a hold of the can in the first place!!! Then the room came with a SET of wash cloths and towels when we asked for another set (as there were 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 children in a double bed rm) we were again told that there were ABSOLUTELY NO wash cloths in the whole hotel. After explaining to Weston (at the front desk) the she knew that room 315 was empty bc they had accidentally put us in that room and had to change bc it was smoking and we had scheduled nonsmoking, several minutes later Weston reappeared with 2 wash clothes. After returning to the hotel from business I was updated by my baby sitter the happenings of the sheets and thewash cloths. I spoke POLITELY to Weston at the front desk about changing hotels and getting a refund for the room that we were in for less than 4.5hrs. He said there was nothing he could do and that I woul HAVE to speak to the manager who wasn't there and whom he had no clue on when he would be in the next day or even IF he would be in because, "he comes and goes as he pleases" (Westons words).
Good location only a five minute transfer from the airport, staff are very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable but getting a little tired.
Young lady at the front desk was excellent and helpful. The process of check-in was good. I request the first floor room and she provided wonderfully.
at this time I have nothing bad to say
Great price and location. If you are looking for a clean, non luxury place to stay this is your Hotel. This one is 100x's better than the one on Old National Hwy. This is my new spot!
room smelled, bed linen poor, towels thin and worn,tv in room outdated, personally I would not stay here again
Great value, twice-hourly free shuttle from airport to hotel, wifi, large room with aircon, gym, all you can eat breakfast
Not a great choice of food at breakfast, dark corridors
everything was fine, I hope you always remain so. Very friendly people
Convenient, close to airport and highway. Pleasant staff, small repairs were immediately done. Good wifi. Free coffee all day. Airportshuttle. Clean.
All was ok
The location was very convenient about 5 minutes from the airport. Shuttles run every half hour but you must let staff know in advance.
I called various time and the attendant never picked up. Even while I was there waiting at the desk, the attendant ignored the phone. My bathroom was never cleaned. The towels were disgusting; one even had dried blood. I specifically requested a non smoking room and was given a smoking room along with an insincerely apology. Overall, I would not stay at the Super8 Airport (College Park) again.
Helpful staff and good breakfast - open early and to go options. Good shuttle bus option too, every 30 minutes from early in the morning
Tired looking room, slightly uncomfortable bed. Warm and close even with the AC on
I loved the airport shuttle. That was very helpful and eliminated a lot of stress for me. The staff was awesome and very helpful and attentive.
My sheet came off my bed, but it was no big deal.
You get what you pay for! *Don't be babysitting while you are working the front desk(un- professional+illegal),and 1/2 naked friends there too.around the kid's
Dirty housekeeping woke us up at 830 am old furniture
Close to the airport. Decent breakfast (but just decent).
Super slow Wifi (throttled to 64kbps even during the night), old and not well maintained building (frightening bathroom where I was surprised to get hot water).
The shuttle ride to the airport
The room wasn't clean the cover was nasty the hallways look a mess
Shuttle driver extremely courteous; night staff efficient
No top sheet or pillow cases on one of the beds; no soap in bathroom (had to get our own from front desk);water poured through bathroom vent at 2:50am. When we mentioned at the desk next am what happened and that they should have maintenance check it, no apologies were made by staff for our interrupted sleep.
Breakfast was quite good.
The room was not prepared, no towels, pillows not set. I was offered an other room where the TV was not working properly.
