Super 8 DFW Airport North    

The location was great.

The overall service such as internet availabilty, lack of proper back door access, and room key problems were unacceptable.

Very convenient and the staff was very helpful!

The breakfast was finished too ealy, I came to have breakfast at 9.15 am and everything was over.

I booked the room for one night and wanted something close to the airport with shuttle service. We were on our way home from vacation and needed to overnight somewhere close to the airport. Shuttle service drivers were friendly and helpful as well as the front desk clerk. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Just what we needed after a 10 hour overseas flight.

I was very pleased with the facility but I doubt that I will ever stay there again UNLESS there is a different airport pickup service.

I wanted returned a rental car to the airport the night before my early morning flight departure. I asked the Motel staff if that was acceptable and was assured that it was. I returned the car and called for pickup as per instructions. I was told the wait would be 20-30 minutes. When no one came at 30 minutes, I called the motel to be certain that I was clear which door and level I should be at. (I was in the correct place.) At 43 minutes after the inital call (cell phone time confirmed), the first Hotel Connections van finally showed up. I was informed the van was full and that I would have to wait. When I said I had already been waiting at that point 45 minutes, the driver smirked and said well I must have been waiting in the wrong place. I watched three Super 8 South vans pass in the length of time the ONE Hotel Connections van came by. I called the Motel staff again, told them about the full van, and asked when another van would come. I was informed shortly. Eventually I got to the motel an hour and 15 minutes after I called at almost 11:30 at night. My understanding is that the motel is 3 miles from the airport. If it would have been safe, I would have been better off walking.

Easy airport access, big comfortable room and bed, good breakfast.

Waiting time for the airport shuttle was about 40 min. And then the dviver took many routes through all other terminals to pick up other people.

This maybe a nit, an automatic door for the entrance would help when entering with luggage. Due to massive highway construction can be difficult to get to. Highway traffic and plane noise (but you are at the airport).

The best Super 8 I've stayed in so far, and I travel a lot. It's clean, the staffs were very friendly, the price was very affordable. I stayed there for a week and it felt like I was in La Quinta or hotels higher rated than Super 8.

Room was fantastic! Clean, well appointed, great big comfortable bed with very good quality linen and towels. Value for money couldn't be better!

Very convenient for our stay in Dallas, and the Grapevine area. Very good room, pleasant staff, good breakfast, and the room rate was ok. Oh, and we really appreciated the all-day coffee and orange juice - very good!

The only minor issue was that the room was quite cold and there was not a spare blanket available. We had to ask at reception (and they found one) but the cleaners took it away the second morning - so we had to go and ask for another one. Annoying, but no big deal.

Compfortable beds and nice breakfast. Easy accsess to my training. Friendly people.

Fridge did not work. Pepsi and bottle water was hot the next morning.

Only because it was a business trip but location is a bit of an issue as its mid way between Dallas and Fort Worth. And breakfast was not ok

We never stayed in your chain before. We got stuck during in dallas during the aa national grounding. We didnt want to stay at airport overnight. Looked to see what hotel was clise to airport and had a room left. We had expected very little and were happily surprised. Clean, very comfortable beds. Desk person that evening was very nice. I think his name was Chris.

That our thru flight got cancelled. It took 1hr30 mins for the shared hotel shuttle to pick us up.

The bed was great. The room updated and clean. great TV, fridge.Breakfast was good. My sister booked the Sleep Inn on way back from our trip and it did not compare to your hotel
