    It had the initial feel of the Motel 6. BUT ...... The room was very nice, similar to a Marriott courtyard. The staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating with a situation that developed for me. I thoughy flight was 8 AM, it turned out to be 8 PM. THEY ALLOWED ME BACK IN MY ROOM with 1pm ck out :)

    I did not like that the staff was NOT unfriendly. That they were accommodating, Willing to help in any way. And I was very disappointed that they were soooo willing to give directions to the restaurant I was looking for. Thank You for a wonderful stay ! !! !!!

    Close to the airport. The staff is nice.

    The cigarette smell in the room. Horrible! Not a very good deal for the price.

    Breakfast was really good.... Dude who worked the night shift on the 20th of august 2014 was very courteous, friendly and helpful.

    A particular guy at the reception...who worked the shift on the 20th and 21st was not friendly or compassionate at all..Also waited for several hours at the airport for the shuttle pick up bus to arrive. Kept calling to no avail.

    The staff was excellent and friendly at all times. The beds were very comfortable.

    What I didn't like was I saw two roaches in my room. . the hair dryer didn't work. .... and there was a light bulb busted.. The towels seemed old

    We loved that we could leave our car there for a minimum fee and they took us to the airport and picked us up. Great to avoid all the congestion of the airport. Very nice and clean rooms.

    Didn't get to stay for breakfast but it looked good. The bed was good. A/C worked great

    Low water pressure in bathroom sink. Front desk attendant wandered off and I had to wait a bit for him to return.

    The bed was comfortable and the tv was surprisingly nice.

    I was forced to wait for an hour for the airport shuttle. I know this isn't a luxury hotel but once the can finally shows up I was packed into it with about 10 other people going to about 4 other hotels. Once I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by a kid who looked like he was about 12. I finally made it to my room only to realize that the ac had been turned off. I understand the need to save money where necessary but it was 97 degrees at 10. Turn on the $&@;! ac. I peel off my sweat soaked clothes to climb into a shower so that I can reach a normal body temperature only to realize that there are no towels in my room. I call the front desk and inform the 12 year old of my problem. Our conversation goes something like this: "Hi, I have no towels in my room." "Ummm...you'll need to come down to the front desk and get some." "No. I just need you to bring them up. You know, like a real hotel." "Ummmm. Ok. Lemme think. Yeah I'm the only person here." "Fine. I'll be right down." When I finally make it back up I'm too tired to shower and collapse onto the bed spread eagle waiting for the room to cool down to around 80. Also, the doorknob was installed upside down. Also, I would sleep in a chair at the airport before I stayed here again with only the protection and direction of a 12 year old who I'm pretty certain was about to cry by the time I left with my towels. I didn't even mention the guy who didn't even stop talking to some other guy and only held out his hand for my key when I left at 6am the next day.

    Large room, laundry facilities, strong wifi signal in the room, nice breakfast for a motel

    The room smelled a bit strange, not enough to warrant asking to be moved

    We had a very early flight, so booked the room near the airport so we wouldn't have to get up so early to make the commute. The room was no frills, but clean & comfortable. The shuttle was on time and very convenient.

    We were too early for the free breakfast, but thought they could have had fruit & yogurt or something to grab on the way out

    The list of take-out food. I ordered pizza to the room. It was convenient.

    The wifi was too slow. Btw, why is this review color coded? I am colorblind, please rethink design.

    Great value for the price. The room was reasonably nice. Wifi worked well. Nice tv. Comfortable bed. Shuttle was on time at 4:10am.

    Water pressure in the shower was poor. Breakfast selection is basically nonexistent.

    We stayed were, because we had a lay-over at the airport. The hotel has a courtesy shuttle, which is very convenient. The room is very nice and clean and the breakfast is awesome. We will definitely be back.

    The help behind the counter in the morning was not very friendly or willing to assist in the need of many of the residents. They had the, "It's not my job. " attitude about several request---one that involved talking care of a safety issue.

    Affordability and neatness.

    I had an incident where I lost my charger although I still found it with the help of the cleaning service. I wasnt happy at the way they handled the situation when I called.

    Convenient to come to the same place as two weeks ago.

    This time the sheets and table where dirty, had to change them ourselves, didnt trust the guy in reception to pull it off. Bad batteries in firealarm 0100 am, same guy eventually managed to take it off with some help with the ladder.

    -WI-FI -Air Port Shuttle

    -no vending machines on floor 3 -no soap or body wash in the bathroom -elevator sounds like it is falling apart when going from floor one to floor 3, and from floor 3 to floor 1

    Check-in was painless. I could not call this hotel directly but the other Super 8 at the airport called them to send the shuttle. I had to wait a bit of time for the shuttle to arrive though.

    The bathtub was not clean. 79 a night was a lot to pay for a no frills room. I stayed at the Hilton the next week for 97 a night.
