There is a resident odor in every room I've stayed in at this hotel.
Staff she was nice. The manager gave us the run around about the issue and never return my call.I wouldn't recommend no one to stay there. It was a very horrible stay and it was my Birthday was ruined.
The place was dirty, shower knob broken ,the door to the other room was broken i was so scared for my family someone will brake in the room i put a chair against th. door.
Bed was very comfortable. Room was nice..
The man working at night is very rude. Also could have more of a variety of breakfast...
Deposit issues with Credit Card
For the most part comfortable.
The hotel had a decent location close to downtown and the room was offered at a reasonable price. The manager was also a nice guy.
Hotel was A little dirty and a lot of the equipment was not well maintained.
I liked the staff. Helpful, willing to work with me, and knowledgable. The breakfast wasnt overwhelming and filled me up. Nice place for a quick one or two day stay when you have a car and can take yourself where you need to go.
I was not fond of the fact that as I was doing my make up before I left I found two roaches crawling around my mirror in the bathroom. But I understand things happen. Being a 24 year old female alone for the second leg of the trip, I was a little nervous about the accessibility of my room to someone outside and it was just a little too far away to stay from the river walk and other sights to be able to walk it because I did not have a car. Overall it's fine, just not the experience I wanted myself.
Location was good for us close to the river walk from there about a mile walk to Alamo. Price was really good
Breakfast could have a bit more selection. Perhaps some yogurt and instant oatmeal. At first the area seemed a bit sketchy but it was safe and quiet
Attendant very helpful..I got a downstairs room as requested and I got some towels for me and my Fiance.. .Very close to the Riverwalk area as this is why I chose local..this is the new extended reach of the River... that River Authority added..With Christmas lights and a nice stroll along the river it was Pleasurable stay.
little fridge was not working I did tell attendant of problem...for next guess..it was really not used in our stay but the office should get it fix for people with longer stay and in need of that little fridge...thanks.
The location would have been ok, but our stay was a nightmare!!!!
So we got back from the riverwalk around 1am. Went to bed right away. Within 30 minutes we got woken up by a woman screaming "imma kill you mf'r" as she tried to open the door that was in between her and our room. She went on about an hour. We were afraid to talk,mo e or do anything. Than she quiet down for 30mmin and started yelling again about shooting everyone. We got our stuff and went down to the office. The guy who was there didnt cared much, he gave us another room. That room had no security lock (it was thorn away) and the lock was broken too. We went and talked to the guy again (through a small opening on his window...well at least he was safe) and told him we want our money back. We slept nothing, and it was already 4am. He was rude and told us he is already doing us a favor by giving us different rooms (!) And we can either take another room or get out. So we left. I already contacted super 8 and they started an investigation. I cant belive the hotel clerk didnt even call the cops or anything. With all the crazy shooters out there.... all this for 60 dollars....
Employee is really kind.
my wife and i staying in hotels til house is ready out of all the 10 we stayed this one has been the best in service and friendly and professional and understanding , seems some of the hospitality industry is not so hospitable any longer but this one proves there is some good old fashion hospitality ..thank you
They lady attendant is so great very professionall
No micro wave in our room
We had a place to sleep.
The pictures from the web make the motel look super nice and really it isnt. The breakfast room is only big enough for 6 people. When I was in the breakfast room I counted 18 people and all of us were all on each other. They only have one waffle maker. you have one person making 10 waffles and the other 17 of us is waiting. When I got ready to make me a waffle, they ran out of waffle mix. Blood was on the shower curtain and they did not have enough towels. They dont have a microwave nor a frig in there rooms. The breakfast is a joke.
No refrigerator, or microwave oven
Friendly staff and very helpful. Our room was comfortable enough.
First day we were gone to the Riverwalk all day and came back with beds not made and no clean towels. Surely just an oversight! Breakfast was all carbs, but it was free!
very friendly staff. Nice continental breakfast. Clean room. Clean pool.close to the museum and downtown.public transportation 1 minute walk away.laundry facilities.great value for the money.
I enjoyed my stay.
For an older property it was fairly clean and smelled good. Didn't have that musty, moldy smell!
The location wasn't in the best part of town. Had planned to walk everywhere since it was so close to the RiverWalk, but definitely felt safer driving! Also, the linens (even though clean) were very worn and stained.
Hairdryer didn't work, the safe didn't work, towels were dirty, the keys didn't work, staff was rude and annoyed.
it has a good location
yawl need new covers/quilts the ones there are not warm too thin and wore-out.
Convenience and price.
AC too loud.
the price was fair , also it was clean staff were friendly
they left my room dirty one day without service also i think they might have bed bugs i have marks all over my body
Close to freeway Easy Access. Lower Cost during early part of week!
Freeway overhead was Noisy w/Trucks overnight! Clean enough but kinda run down! Needs Remodel! Website said location had 1 RM left when I reserved. When I got there it was practically empty & Mgr said they had plenty of Rooms!
Right near busy freeway - heard loud freeway noise
