Family room availability Kindness of staff
Couldn't use sofa bed because of all springs coming out Loud buzzing from appliances all night Room located by stairs so dogs were disturbed hearing people walk by Railroad tracks and trains passing by all night
Comfortable, clean room and good value.
Unable to open blinds on 1st floor room due to parking right against the building so if you like the blinds open in the morning get a 2nd floor room.
Good place for a family. I enjoyed the bunk beds for the kids.
There was a stray dog trying to get into the building and breakfast was good, but to small.
Good price apart expenive lodging close by Grand Canyon
Rather poorly breakfest
Slept over on our way to Grand Canyon. Nice and comfortable beds.
Poor Wi-Fi reception in the hotel building furthest from reception. Thin walls, gets pretty loud in the morning when people start going to breakfast. Bring ear plugs.
The option to continue drive without pass the city, nearest to the freeway. In total very comfortable to whom is convetn to spend no more than 2-3 days
Small rooms, small bad, the breakfast place to small the quantity and quality of the food is poor like almost all USA motels/hotels not make the hotel spectial or interasted like hampton chain and similar
room was adequate
breakfast was terrible. you need to step up your game to compete with other chains. i didn't even bother with it and instead hit the road.
Price and locality as it suited our need , for a place to sleep before travelling on. Staff were available to answer any questions we had about the area. Great little self serve breakfast to start the day.
Staff was great room was very good enjoyed very much
room is big and worth the money
breakfast is not good enough
It provided the basics we were looking for without wowing us in any way. The laundry facility proved useful however.
It did not match up with the Super 8 in Culver City that we had just left. The general appearance was a bit tired and shabby. The car park was full of Fedex articulated wagon tractor units.
The room was clean. And very cheap. Which is all that really matters, but -
The dining area was tiny, way too small for the breakfast crowd. The hotel smelled like cigarettes to me, which is weird since it is all nonsmoking. I wish someone would have reminded me in their review that there are trains going by all night. I would have picked someplace else.
Spacious room for our family of 6. Place is old but kept up nicely. My older kids loved the bunk beds! Nice feature!
The motel was noisy all night long and the floors, especially bathroom floors, were dirty, covered with thick black hairs all over the bathroom floor. Breafast area way too small for that many people, no working toaster, we were told "our toaster broke". Tables were dirty, nobody refilled the breakfast area or checked to clean up in between guests. Do NOT stay there!!!
The staff was super friendly, the room extremely clean and the beds comfortable.
Helpful staff and good price.
The Noise from the many trains woke me several times.
train noise to close to hotel kept waking us up
Good price, clean and quiet, at the back of the hotel anyway.
On main road facing railway but this is reflected in the price and rooms further back are better.
we weren't expecting too much but were pleasantly surprised to fit the 5 of us in very comfortably.
the Breakfast room is a little crowded, and the bunk bed ladder was not properly attached.
location bed was really comfy nice staff nice breakfast
lack of parking

The coffee was good.
It was noisy almost all night. I put the AC on well I ran out and the staff shout it off so the room was hot.
Bathroom needs a little work. Toilet seat is cracked.
