there was a loud party (about ten people) next door which lasted till 4:00AM When I opened my door to ask them to be quiet the pit bull they had got in my room and attacked myy dogs The manager is unavailable to take my call
there was absolutely nothing that i liked when the people next door came back to the motel at 1:30 AM
Room was spacious and clean Staff was very friendly
Breakfast. The coffee maker and juice machine were not working. The syrup for the waffles tasted horrid.
Very convenient to downtown Freeport and the staff were pleasant and helpful.
The bathroom floor was sticky! There was paint missing from an edge of the toilet seat. The building has seen better days. The "continental breakfast" was very sad - not much there.
The location is very good. The beds were comfortable
Bathroom sink and tub wouldnt drain. Toilet wouldn't flush completely.
Breakfast was good!
Had to clean up a bit when we first arrived. There were sticky remains on desk and spots on mirror. First assigned room had not been cleaned.
Comfortable bed and pillows. Appreciated reasonable rate and not having to pay for pool or large conference facility. Location suited our needs perfectly.
The hotel room was amazing and great location...
The bed was comfortable enough size-wise, but the mattress was VERY VERY firm. If you like firm, you'd be in heaven. If not, it could prove a challenge.
The location was close to other attractions that we wanted to see. Close to dining, shopping and the interstate. The amenities were quite adequate and the room was very clean. They let us keep our dog in the room as well, for small fee.
Old and dirty
I liked how closed they were to LL Bean
We had a great overnight stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was all that was needed waffles, english muffins, cereal, yogurt, etc.
Easy access, great location to outlet shopping, amazing price, and comfortable clean rooms. Breakfast was a bonus!
Rooms were small and outdated and the layout wasn't the best. For one person it was fine but it's a little tight for two.
Hotel was conveniently located close to town and the main routes. Fridge and microwave in each room is helpful.
Waffles were a bit doughy tasting inside even though cooked crispy on outside, coffee was weak, only apples for fruit choice.
The location was great for Freeport and Portland shopping. The room was adequate for our two day stay, and it was dark enough, with drapes closed, to sleep. Shower water was hot enough and good water pressure. Excellent room cleaning by staff.
Couldn't find hotel in brochures we looked at but information center in Portland had staff member who told us how to find place.
Free parking....easy to find and get to Freeport shopping area. Breakfast included.
outdated, carpets in the corridor used and not clean, noisy highway few meters away
proximity to outlets in Freeport, tea and coffee available 24 hrs
Really, no flat screen? While I am not there to watch a lot of tv, I would like a decent tv when I do. One bed was about 4 inches from the air/ heat. The window above that unit had the curtains that blow open every time the air/heat kicks on. Make some simple updates.
3 night stay - the mirror in the bathroom in the bathroom was filthy when we got there and was still filthy when we left. the toilet paper holder was streaked and caked with gyprock - under the sink had unfinished work?? Not one extra blanket in the room, the curtains were off the hooks. We were quoted as we would pay 291.97 when we got there it was 315.00????
The linens were clean but I thought the bathroom could have been cleaner. The lighting and fan in the bathroom was poor.
The location was ideal and the staff was very pleasant and professional. The continental breakfast was good. Overall, a good bargain for the area during "leaf peeping" season.
Room smelled of pee!
Musty smell in room, may have been the air conditioner.
Friendly Staff Clean Room Comfortable Bed Adequate Breakfast Price was Right
Sleep next to the highway, the noise, Smoking smell of the complexe when walking in corridores And at breakfast
Room was a bit small
Attentive staff, cleanliness, well stocked breakfast area good showers, quiet in the room overnight despite nearness of interstate highway.
It was distressing to see Round-Up on a shelf below the breakfast cereal in the storage pantry.
