Snell of the building. It just smedded old. It was not bad, just musty smelling.

Special appreciation of the manager of the motel in helping to find and arrange tickets for the Fire Hall Theater.

The large Semi Trucks parked beside our window and running.

Rooms were clean and ready at check in time. Manager was friendly and helpful when checking out.

I had booked the rooms on line with booking.com and they were described as a suite with 2 queen beds with a pull out sofa and seating area. When we checked in they had no such rooms.

Room was clean and quiet.

Stayed in Winter and was hard to regulate the heat in the room. Continental breakfast area was very small and limited selection, but this is more budget friendly lodging, and you pay for what you get.

It was conveniently located and pet friendly.

Our room was not clean and it smelled bad. We found multiple hairs in our bed and on our towels. The back door did not shut or lock properly and there were used condoms in the parking lot.

Our booking was for two nights. However after breathing excessive deodorizer for one night(we had to sleep with the window wide open and then we were breathing diesel fumes from an idling truck in the next door lot) we checked out and went elsewhere for the second night. We paid a l;ittle more but were completely comfortable. Your front desk man in the morning denied the use of deodorizer which was absolutely ridiculous as it was strong enough to irritate the nose and throat. I believe it was being distributed through the ventilating system. NOT GOOD!!

We had very comfortable beds that is a big plus. And close to stores,all together very nice rooms. I would not hesitate to come again it was good . We had a very good stay. THANK - YOU

No facilities such as resturant for room service, swimming pool/hot tub would have been nice after a long day of shoppping.

We were on the main floor and you could here every step the people above us took. Very disruptive to our sleep.

The morning coffee in the room was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. I would recommend Super 8 Grand Forks to others but with a caution on checking the bed/room for bed bugs.

My wife ended up with a few bed bug bites (she was sleeping on the side of the bed closest to the window). Not saying it happened there as we went shopping and ate at restaurants, but please check the bed for future guests. Also the water in the tub drains very, very slowly. The tub drain probably needs to be cleaned out.

Although the hotel doesn't look great from the outside, the room we stayed in was just fine. There was a very strong airfreshner smell in the hallway that was overwhelming but the room itself was fine. It was clean and didn't smell. The beds are always pretty comfortable when we've stayed.

The breakfast menu was adequate. Front desk --very accommodating & friendly

Carpet soiled. One day coffee carafe not cleaned, shower not cleaned ( hair ) bed cover barely thrown over the bed & no soap left for us. Two days there was no shampoo or soap left for us. Had to ask for linens to be changed. Motel occupiers on top of Rm 111---walking steps heard for four days during the hours of 8 am to midnight.
