Super 8 Grapevine/DFW Airport  

The hotel was exactly what I expected, budget friendly. Rooms were basic and clean. Breakfast was your basic budget breakfast (cereal, waffle maker, coffee, fruit, yoghurt, bread) & everything was clean and fresh. Staff - from checkin to van drivers - were courteous and professional. The complimentary shuttle service was the best I've seen anywhere. They will take you to and from the airport, and they take you within 5 miles of the hotel, including special requests.

The person who checked me in was so helpful and kind. I don't know how many times I bothered him for something but he was always polite, kind, and helpful

The shuttle service was great. The drivers were friendly and knowledgable.

They were willing to move me to another room when the first one smelled like cigarette smoke.

Very old and outdated hotel. Smells like cigarette smoke. Toilet ran all night. Sheets were very wrinkled like maybe they hadn't been changed. I almost left as soon as I got there. Never again. I'd rather spend a little more money and stay in a nicer hotel.

The location and price was ideal. The staff was nice.

The non-smoking rooms smelled more like a smoking area. It was so uncomfortable to sleep in that we left to another hotel. No credit was given for the inconvenience, therefore this was we will not stay here again.

Was in town to visit family. We were not at the hotel very much. Was comfortable and clean. Will definately stay again if we need a place in the area.

The mattress was much too soft. sleeping on it aggravated a pinched nerve and caused me two days of pain.

Staff was professional and helpful. All services were provided and was very economical in their cost. Overall a great stay.

Perfect stay for 2night stay for air connection.Breakfast basic but good.Shuttle great& prompt for airport&surrounding area.Allowed us to visit charming Grapevine,shopping at mall easily.Hats off to all the staff that we met-- for transport and the desk. Great restaurant 2min walk away.

Coffee in room didn't smell or taste like coffee

Brought my grandchildren from lubbock to ride polar express train. Christmas Eve morning we woke up at 9:30 and went down to grab something for children to eat. Breakfast was gone already. The sign across from elevator said breakfast till 10:30in holidays. Room got too hot. Fan/ac completely quit working about an hour after we went to sleep. I will probably not stay at super 8 again. Sleep inn and holiday inn express have same rates and more family friendly.

This hotel was great location for the TMS Nascar Races.

The first day of housekeeping was horrible. We didn't have any towels when we got back to our room. They left trash lying around in the room. The coffee wasn't replaced, etc.

They didn't have the room I booked. Bed was ....not good

I liked everything about this motel.

Staff was very friendly and great with dinning and activity comments, suggestions, etc. in the area. Free shuttle service for pick-up at airport and around the area could not have been more convenient! Will definitely visit again.

We have stayed here before. The best improvement we enjoyed was the mattress. On our prior visit we complained about the mattress. The carpet looked new throughout. Rate was very good. Desk people were very helpfull. The room was also quite. I was concerned about jet noise but that was no problem.

It was clean, conveniently located, and value priced.

I was disappointed that there wasno closet, no soap dishes, and that the pillows and bed were acceptable, but not super comfortable.

It is surrounded by construction, which was a major headache. I know it was not your fault, but it would have been nice to know about beforehand.
