Our room door looked like it was broken into, it was A little unsettling, to sleep in a room that did not lock.I wouldn't go back there.
Liked the price and location
mattress was horrible could feel the springs woke up with back pain room smelled musty
Facility was located near stores, eateries, and service stations.
Everything. Seriously. Even tho it seems inexpensive don't do it. Cock roaches. Ppl on drugs. Rusty appliances.
Bed was comfortable. Right next to Taco Bell and other food Cheap Location Friendly Staff
Stained towels/blanket TV was outdated
Large king bed was very comfy, staff was friendly. Easy check in and check out. You get what you pay for...
Unidentifiable stains on the floor, building needed a lot of TLC. The phone in our room did not work whatsoever, and the cable kept going in and out. Cable man was supposedly fixing it but we never even noticed. Only had a handful of channels. Wifi was not good at all. Fridge barely worked, no cups, coffee, or tea provided in room, but the coffee machine seemed to work...small towels...
The breakfast was good, also the beds were comfortable loved it had a good sleep.
Microwave didn't work, Tv quality was terrible picture was messed up not clear for eyesight. And problems with toilet flushing, waterpressure low.
They closed the coffee room. I thought coffee was available all day?
Nothing was liked about this place. I ran out of characters on other slot. When checking in place, lobby, elevator, rooms was nasty dirty. We had not choice but to stay due to our son's graduation up the street. Room smelt like smoke even though non smoking. Ice machine needs to be cleaned out. Carpets were extremely dirty and linens need to be bleached. I contacted Oshsa for further assitance with this place. I am surprised they are no inspected. Elevator permit was expired from three years ago. Not Good at all. What topped all was the staff. WOW!!! RUDE is a understatement.
Staff was extremely distance and rude. When checking out, a young child (maybe 16) was sitting outside on her cell phone. She then came in, said nothing to us as we stood there and finally I tossed the keys on the desk to check out. She checked us out and we left. Nothing said.
Surprisingly clean and with breakfast included, a great value.
Elevator needed a sprucing up....outside landscaping too. Since the motel is quite clean, these were eyesores.
The fact that I did not stay the second night.
Parking is poor at best. The room was in very poor condition. The furniture was all soiled. There were holes around electrical outlets. There was a stick in the track of the window and the screen looked as though someone had pulled it out at some point (the frame was bent inward suggesting that someone had pulled it from the outside There was dried food on the desk and in the crevices and the back was falling off of the back of the desk. In addition, the bed was far less than comfortable. I stayed the first night to meet my reservation obligation but had no desire to stay the second night.
Easy to find , friendly staff , clean and quiet !!!
I can't really say anything bad when my stay was excellent ?
The localization and the price.
When we arrived the cleaner doesn't finished. The bath tub has long hair in the walls and the clean towel. The breakfast was poor.
booked two beds they only king beds
The staff was courteous and friendly
The hotel itself was very rundown and in dire need of refurbishment. It didn't hl having people screaming in the parking lot at all hours.
its a good hotel in what one is paying for. close to various amenities & easy to locate
nothing as such
room size and confort
no ac in hot weather told hotel member at desk asked if we would like it repaire replied yes but nothing happned room not cleaned for three days
dirty smelly room that was supposed ro be non smokimg - someone homeless was living there
coffee maker in room did not work. When asked to have a different one they said the hotel was full and couldn't take one from another room and that they were going to faze out the coffee makers anyways because they have a continental breakfast.
mattress was to soft
There was hair in bathroom and on T.V. Also dust on tv and remote did not work. Sheets were stained.
Need a new key for every nite of your stay.
Value for the money, friendly staff, and location.
Close to the motorway so it is easy to escape this disaster.
Surly, monosyllabic staff. Corridors and elevator smelt very strongly (ok, they stank). Our "non-smoking" room had very obvious cigarette burns on the bedclothes and carpet, and smelt very bad. How could house-keeping staff not have noticed? The breakfast "room" was ludicrously small and hence over-crowded - and breakfast choices were abysmal. The big issue though was that our room had a severe infestation of bed bugs and we were both bitten very badly. It took 5 days to get any response to our written complaint - apparently the manager was away and nobody else cared - and whilst he eventually dealt with it, it appears that nothing was done in his absence, so potentially another 5 couples could have been exposed to bites and infections before any action was taken. Needless to say, we will never use any hotel in this chain again. The upside is that at least the manager did take our complaints (with photo evidence) seriously, so maybe the abysmal standards of hygiene and staff training may improve.
