Good price, nice staff
area felt a bit dodgy at night
There was a bed...that's about it and very economical with a small breakfast
Room tiny, our remote didn't work, TV was from the 80s. The parking is very limited and people park every which way , making it hard to get in and out.
free parking, free wifi, big bed, Hollywood sign view, bathtub
poor breakfast, far from Hollywood center
Location good but neighborhood a little iffy
Elevator did not work at times. Had to carry luggage down the stairs.
The room was ok to sleep when you are just looking for a place where to stay at night. Parking is a good point for this hotel even though at night it gets packed.
Breakfast was very poor It wasn't that close to the main turistic attractions in hollywood as we thought.
Location. Staff friendly. Room compact but sufficient.
The overall location of this Super 8 is only 2 blocks from Hollywood blvd and a 2 mile walk from places like the hard rock cafe and along that walk you pass by many different places for souvenirs and tours.
The room looked way bigger online than it really is, I had a single queen bed with a fridge and no microwave the bed consumed most of the space in the room. The elevator worried me and the stairs would creak under your feet which was confusing since they were made of concrete.
The room was big.
During our stay the elevator broke down several times, my fiancee is in a wheelchair and we were stuck several times in the lobby and couldnt get up, or stuck in the room and couldnt get down. Also the manager made no attempt to give us a break on the room for the problems, I would never stay there again.
Location was good, the price was fair considering it was Hollywood...it was quiet, had nice views...the breakfast wasn't bad
The whole place was just run-down...the elevator didn't work, and our room was on the top floor...WiFi didn't work...our first night we didn't even have any towels in our room...staff wasn't very friendly
Toilet and elevator broken, mattress as hard as a rock, dirty fridge, towels left from previous guest, overall dirty room and hotel. Will never stay at a Super 8 again.
Expensive for what is worth Super old tv
It's not a luxurious hotel but the location is very convenient between Sunset and Hollywood, next to 101. Breakfast is very basic, but works. 7-10 am, coffee, juice, cereal, toast, and toaster waffles. Rooms are brightly decorated, comfortable beds. Clean rooms, pleasant staff.
Strong cleaner smell at first, had to air out the room before we could sit in it. It was okay after that.
Location is good. 5 mins walk to red line, shopping etc.
Rude staff. No wifi during the whole stay there.
Location very near red Line metro and many shops. Beds very comfortable. Check in desk found us a non-smoking room as we hadn't noticed our booking was for smoking rooms. Wifi good. Room was clean and large and street quiet.
Room smelt very very heavily of bug spray and am us all feel ill. Car park very tight. Corridors smelt bad of smoke and bug spray. Area doesn't feel safe. Even the Starbucks seemed dodgy. Breakfast poor, coffee ran out. Paid nearly $400 for two rooms for our family of five and this is the worst value by far in our 15 day trip to the US
The room is big, the staff is great, the location is between the 2 most famous streets in LA, very near to metro station, supermarkets and places to eat. Beyond that, it is cheap. If I go back to LA, I will stay in Super 8 again for sure.
It's near hollywood boullivard, wallgreen, pharmacy, restaurants, washing area.
The food area were so small, the first two days they have waffels then we didn't see it again
Loved that we were a 5 min walk to the metro but the bed was soon bad I probably would have slept better on the floor. The hotel is really old and need and needs a major refresher. I slept 15 hours the first night I left the super 8. I would have been happy to pay a bit more (this was cheap but not big time) because ultimately a hotel is a bed to sleep in moderate comfort.
rooms are nice, staff is friendly
no space at the breakfast area
Location, microwave, fridge, ironing bord, big beds and room, breakfast, almost everyhting
Nothing so far
location is good, nearby sunset boulevard.easy to find restaurant and supermarket in this neighborhood.
obsolete,old-fashioned hotel.the equipments too old,but the price is expensive
Handy to where we wanted to be in Hollywood. Average place at an average price and with average service levels.
Nothing specific. Car park was pretty tight and it was a bit of an effort getting everything from the car to the room and back when we checked out.
That I was able to get my money back! I did have to pay for one night
Run Down, I walked in and walked right out! Enough said
