Water pressure was terrible and it kept going from hot to cold.
Great Value. Very clean. Great Wifi.
Baby next door woke us up during the night. Not great sound proofing.
ok clean but room smell was over powering
room smell was poor and gave us headaches; food service area too cramped; food selection poor; did not offer me the senior discount
Decent enough for the money
Ice machine broken. No fruit at breakfast (at least spring for some bananas!) Whole milk only (should have nonfat as well) This indicates cheap managers to me.
Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean.
Pool was not level, I think it was sinking at one end...still swim worthy for the kiddies. Ice machine broken. Needs a few updates to make it more comfortable, like TV, Phone, Mattresses, and bathroom. Towels were like sand paper.
The staff were very nice. a young couple from India, they gave us an upgrade on the room and always smiled and nice.
The breakfast was very plain, no fruit no yogurt, just waffles, cereal and oatmeal packs. Plus it was very small and hard to get to the food for the amount of people.
Ice maker broken Wifi problems
Met a couple neat dogs in town
property is rundown, not worth the price paid, there are still billboards in town claiming a price a third of what we paid.
Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly. Room is clean and large. Restaurants nearby.
The desk staff tried very hard to be helpful. The room had all that we needed.
The breakfast was poor in nutritional value and spartan in choices. The rooms often are adjoining, so your neighbors are easily heard.
Close to the Zion NP, room was clean, spacious and comfortable, the wifi was working good in our room. Price was reasonable.
Breakfast was extremely poor and lady at the reception desk could have been nicer.
Good value for the money.
Wi-Fi connection was sporadic in our room (this was annoying), but good in their lobby.
The location was good, central to Hurricane and easy access to Zion NP
Wifi was broken the whole time we were there, the ice machine was broken the first night, and the breakfast area was too small for the guests - but by far the worst, I was bitten badly by bedbugs. I can accept that this happens sometimes in hotels, and it's a constant battle to stop them. HOWEVER, I don't appreciate it when the staff deny the problem, right up to the point where I have to strip to the waist in the lobby to show the lines and patches of red welts in order to prove it. I also don't appreciate being fobbed off with a promise to look into it and get back to me which results in nothing happening - not even a message acknowledging the situation, let alone a refund. I held off writing this review for well over a week to give the management to get back to me. Evidently they decided to hope it would go away, so, all I can do is write this review. For reference, a hotel in Boulder where my wife was similarly bitten were immediately apologetic, considerate and generous with their offer to 'comp' meals and services we'd enjoyed. I didn't demand anything from the Super 8 in Hurricane but an offer to discount our stay would have been appreciated and I would have written a much more favourable review.
Owners seemed new to this but very willing and polite
Air conditioning system in room did not work property. Did get a new room. But feel they should not have put me in there in the first place
Driving into town - owner could not tell us how to get to hotel. Ice machine did not work. They had bagged ice at front desk. I got a big clump and some shavings that filled 1/3 of my bucket. Breakfast room is way too small. Air conditioner rattled all night long. Have always stayed at Super 8's. But will think twice before I do it again!
very poor breakfast
Welcome rest after long days.
Nothing comes to mind.
Good location, clean
Poor breakfast, no enough tables ( just 4 tables in dinning room).
Nice couple, with nice little daughter, who run the motel, they were very helpful with advice for dining and our visit to Zion. The distance to Zion was ok and staying there much cheaper than Springdale of the Parc. Plenty space in the room, with good Queen beds and a fridge. Because the ice machine was out of order we got some ice from the manager. The motel looks full, but there was no noise from other guests.
We had too much luggage for taking that all one floor up. The breakfast place was a certain moment a little bit too small, but no problem at all.
The location is good and the price is reasonable.
The internet connection is terrible due to the hurricane. The free breakfast is only acceptable.
The location was good since we couldn't get booked in springdale. Clean rooms with wifi and flat screen tv.
The grounds are a little unkept and no fresh fruit at breakfest.
The microwave and fridge were really nice to have!
Spacious room with two double beds, complimentary breakfast (not extremely varied but it was a nice touch) and the pool area was okay
Walls were very thin and our neigbours were up at 05:30 AM and we could hear every word which was annoying...
The price and the breakfast!
Smelled like someone died on the room.
