Super 8 Jamaica at JFK Airport    

I thought location was convenient getting to and from the airport; cost was reasonable and staff helpful;

Very friendly staff. Free bus to airport. Clean room. Very well made bed.

Rather tired decor. Could have done with a small microwave for hot snacks and fridge for milk. Milk went sour overnight. Other Hotels had these when there was no Restaurant.

Size of room, and bathroom

No flat screen TV.

Ideal location near jfk airport and close to subway station, free shuttle bus service from/to jfk, free breakfast, free WiFi.

Comparing to the hotel rates in Europe - quire expensive.

The room smelled like marijuana

I didnt like the fact that I arrived at 1am in the morning and had to check out at 11am in the morning same day the sheet had someone else hair in side the blankets I will never stay at this hotel again no one told me what time breakfast we served I got downstairs it we to late to eat mind you I just arrived at 1am!!!!

It's position near the Subway was the reason that we chose it, as well as the cost. We also enjoyed the area and the available restaurants.

Took over an hour for their shuttle to pick me up from jfk after the call. They told me it would be only 30 minutes. Phone in the room didn't work. Front desk never solved the problem. Breakfast was basically a joke. I ended up eating just an apple. Very disappointed in the service provided here.

Ive stayed at the super 8 twice. The staff are nice and friendly, and the location is decent. Hope to stay there again.

The extra tax charges. Not the fault of the staff or hotel, just the greed of the politicians. City and state occupancy taxes just to spend a night? New York is the tax robbery capital of the United States.

Location was very convenient. Very close to jfk and they have a shuttle service. The subway is about 5 min walk from the hotel. So very easy to get to manhattan. The hotel has free wifi with very strong connection.

The price I got from booking.com was 79,99 usd however when I checked the receipt I paid they charge me 89,99 usd for the room. Also they added several smaller amounts that are not clear what exactly they are charging you.

The place is suitable for one overnight staying between two flights. Kind staff, good shuttle service and good breakfast!

The staff was helpful and pleasant and the room was clean and comfortable. The entire facility was well maintained. Free parking was a huge plus for us.

The neighborhood looks safe but it was pretty loud on a Friday night.

I had the feeling that the room was not clean enough. The accomodations were not worth the Room price.

Clean well kept nice staff good location

I liked the staff's punctuality, politeness and readiness to help in all problems! Moreover, the motel's value-for-money is great! Complimentary access to Internet, coffee-making machine, coffee, hair-drying fan, a very clean bathroom, etc.

I cannot remember anything I did not like about this motel.
