I liked the willingness of staff to answer any questions about anything, food, directions to a place and just be overallhelpful when asked. breakfast area too small and breakfast choice limited, should have more fruits and pastries. |

Well located for JFK airport, easily accessible by car with free parking onsite. The free internet access was also a plus. Small double beds and very noisy airconditioning. |

The shuttle service to and from JFK is perfekt, and you can easily get into the city with metro within 30 minutes. The breakfeast isn't worth the name, badly organized and few seats. They have a lot of added taxes. And taxes on the taxes too. Makes it a lot more expensive than the price you get on the website. |

Close to the JFK airport, free shuttle service, nice and spacious room, fast food etc. right next to the hotel Wouldn´t stay here for longer than that one night between flights; the hotel neighbourhood wasn't too nice and didn´t seem to be that safe, especially in the night time. I felt safe inside the hotel though, no problem there. |

location - close to JFK airport and convenience of Jamaica town (shops, etc). Parking. long waiting for checkin because of previous big group of guests and just one computer working on reception. Poor breakfast and againg long waiting for waffles preparation (which comprised most of breakfast). |

Smart stop for an overnight transit. Very clean, free airport transfer, free breakfast, free internet, bed is comfy, got all necessary facilities in room, safe area as well. There are Wendy's, McDonalds, grocery stores, and chinese restaurant right outside hotel. I wasn't expecting at all, but quite surprised about facilities and location. |

Easy to take subway and go to Manhattan. Rooms are comfortable and clean. And Shuttle is good.....easyb to go to JFK specially early in the morning. Breakfast is poor. But waffle and coffee is good. |

Convenient with the shuttle from JFK and going to Manhattan is easy with the subway.The staff are helpful and friendly. It doesn't seem advisable to be out and about after dark so it limits your time if you go to places like Manhattan. |

Proximity to train station and fast food joints. No porters available, had to haul my suitcases up to my room and down the next morning. Front desk officer was rude when I asked for some help to bring my stuff down the next day. |
