Super 8 Jamaica at JFK Airport

perfect room for commuters from and to airport. Room was better and nicer than a lot i have been in . very friendly and nothing a bother to staff even cleaners were friendlyand rooms were spotless with complimentery toiletries and coffee machine.

In a very rough area of queens .filthy area ,which is a shame as lovely comfortable rooms and very friendly staff.

- staff unfriendly - room smelled - carpet damp - clock in room wrong

The airport shuttle and staff who's willing to fetch you even if you missed the designated time (though with tipping involved)

The location does not feel safe

walls full of holes ..furniture very old amd not clean ...reseption not friendly very suspisus not very close to the airport no breakfast box if u r leaving early .. l paid 130 dollars for nothing

Overall, OK.

The narrow narrow way to the room - but then, the cost of space in the location wouldn't allow that luxury, I guess!

Good location, internet connection, friendy staff, free parking, next to hotel some restaurants.

Hotel declare "continental breakfast" but it was standard "US" breakfast.

It smelts strange, also was noisy

very fast shuttle service, close to subway and airport, the hotel is good only for 1-2 day staying

bed-clothes covered spots and torn towels, poor breakfast

My muffler on my car fell off and one of the staff member walked with me to the mechanic shop on a Sunday to get it fixed. He went the extra mile for me and I appreciate that.

Nothing good for this hotel.

Dirty, smelled marihuana at night, very bad room cleaning , poor breakfast, i would recommend it only for backpackers want to be near to airport and for a couple of days. The area around also seemed not so safe at night.

Noisy ice machine keep me awake at night

bed sheets & towels were clean - breakfast was fresh - nice to have coffee in the room

transport driver went home rather than exercise pick up at airport & front desk staff weakly apologized (were it not for another hotel shuttle driver, the cost of a taxi & the time lost to go back to the main terminal to find one would have been incurred), and the manager did nothing the next morning to give me any sense of compensation, not to mention apologize for my troubles. Another hotel/motel at added cost would be worth the cost. Did I mention the internet connection did not work when I finally got to my room - I gave up & went to sleep - it did work when I woke up - breakfast was continental as expected.

I thought location was convenient getting to and from the airport; cost was reasonable and staff helpful;

Very friendly staff. Free bus to airport. Clean room. Very well made bed.

Rather tired decor. Could have done with a small microwave for hot snacks and fridge for milk. Milk went sour overnight. Other Hotels had these when there was no Restaurant.

No flat screen TV.

Ideal location near jfk airport and close to subway station, free shuttle bus service from/to jfk, free breakfast, free WiFi.

Comparing to the hotel rates in Europe - quire expensive.

It was near the airport

The room smelled like marijuana

I didnt like the fact that I arrived at 1am in the morning and had to check out at 11am in the morning same day the sheet had someone else hair in side the blankets I will never stay at this hotel again no one told me what time breakfast we served I got downstairs it we to late to eat mind you I just arrived at 1am!!!!

position close to jfk and metro to manhattan. free airport shuttle. quite and safe area.

Close to airport .. close to rail station

Room carpet wasn't clean .. Shower was weak

It's position near the Subway was the reason that we chose it, as well as the cost. We also enjoyed the area and the available restaurants.
