I chose this hotel because it was the cheapest I could find. The breakfast was decent, since I wasn't even expecting a free breakfast for the price. It included cereal and packaged foods (doughnuts and bear claws). The staff was very nice and the room was cleaned and stocked, but, there were ants all over. I found small red ants all over the sink, toilet, floor, dresser, and even some in the bed!!! Not very happy about that, but it was cheap, at least. Also, the beds weren't as comfy as I would like, but once again, it was cheap. |

it was very quiet and peaceful.also they had security on site. the housekeeper didn't clean the room when asked.we had to stay the three days without our room being cleaned.we also had to call for more towels and wash cloths. |

The price was great, the staff was wonderful. It was nice to meet many people from other countries at the hotel. Great pool! The advertising stated 3 miles from Disney when it was more like 15 miles, but the directions were still simple enough. |

Otimo atendimento, internet wireless otima, confortavel, perto de tudo, a quinze minutos dos parques mais improtantes e preço bom!!!!!!!! A arrumadeira deixou de por sabão 2 dias no quarto no resto tava tudo excelente. |

性价比很好！ 地方实在难找！相信其他客人也一样(因为听见许多客人在电话里问路)。主要问题出在宾馆不在网上提供一张地- 图，有地图的话其实不难找到。按地址去找的话，非常头晕！我找宾馆花了2小时，误开了100公里的路，还付- 出了不必要的高速公路费，比较倒霉。。 |

Las chicas de la Front Desk son muy amables y hablan perfecto español. Lo apollan a uno en cualquier circunstancia. Desde direcciones hasta recomendaciones de qué hacer. El no tener caja de seguridad, pero lo compensan con una caja fuerte que tienen en el looby para los guest. |

Houve total liberdade de ir e vir sem que ninguém me incomodasse, mas sem deixar de lado a segurança, com funcionários percorrendo rotineiramente as instalações Desde o início de minha estadia informei à recepção que estava aguardando a chegada de uma encomenda pelo correio. A encomenda chegou, mas eu não fui notificado pelo hotel porque estava em nome de minha esposa que, apesar de estar comigo no hotel, não foi catalogada na entrada, porque o hotel não pede o tradiocional preenchimento de ficha. Como conclusão, a encomenda chegou e ficou parada na recepção por cinco dias, até que o próprio remetente descobrisse isso e me informasse, mas ninguém do hotel tomou nenhuma ação no sentido de juntar as coisas e, ao menos, informar a mim que havia chegado uma encomenda mas em nome de outra pessoa para que eu pudesse verificar. Na minha opinião, houve apatia e falta de comprometimento comigo. |

Muito sujo, limpeza péssima, conservação a desejar. O principal problema foi relativo aos arranjos de cama, que davam condições de dizer que já havia sido usados e sem a troca. |

hubicacion, se accede con relativa facilidad a los lugares de interes locales, el personal de recepcion es en general muy amable, por el precio es lo que uno espera del hotel falta un poco mas de material de habitacion accesorio como toallas, jabon |

Proximité excellente des complexes Disney (15 minutes). Il y avait une piscine fort appréciée les jours de grande chaleur. Chambre respectable puisque nous y étions pratiquement jamais, surtout pour dormir. Le prix est imbattable et pres de beaucoup de services... ATM, buanderie, restos, etc. lorsqu'on demandait quelque chose (serviettes additionnelles) c'était fait rapidement. Les toilettes auraient pu être plus adéquates, la chasse d'eau extremement lente! Le déjeuner était plutôt ordinaire, nous avons même acheté notre propre beurre de peanut. Mais bon, pour le prix je garantis qu'il faut pas s'attendre à un 5 étoiles! Et avec tout ce qu'on dépense à Disney... une chance qu'on économise sur l'hôtel! BON VOYAGE! |
