Location was good... price was good
Hairs on bed
They didn't clean our room all week, even though we phoned to reception. Still didn't clean the room. We were charged more than booked on arrival as apparently rooms only come with one bed as standard. It's also a bad location, taxi each way- $10 to downtown and $25 to the strip. No view to the room and noisy overnight. Won't stay here again
Room was clean and comfortable.
Dodgy area to walk at night.
Absolutely everything !
Location addrees was too bad.
far from the convention center. even taxi drivers didn't know the location
I loved the location and the friendly staff. It was also very affordable for Las Vegas. Free, ample parking was also a plus.
At the weekend, the room tended to be a bit noisy.
clean and not expensive.
far from the convention center and the airport. most of the taxi drivers didn't know the hotel address. this is to my supprise.
-profi an helpfull frontdesk -shop in house -internet quality in the lobby, but only hier -location (nier to everyting) -security staff -no problem with heating, hot water
-internet qualtiy in the room. -loud door by closing
available room for this dates great service on check-in
beer on the store was expired and room service little annoing )
Clean, easy check in, easy parking, quiet.
Heater did not work. But is was warm enough at I managed,
It's a great location, just about a mile or so from the heart of the strip and there is ample parking. The king size bed I had was very comfortable and honestly some mornings I didn't even want to get up because I enjoyed it so much.
The wi-fi was sketchy the whole time I was there. I have 3 devices that use wi-fi - phone, tablet, and laptop and there was always an issue with trying to get online. I know it wasn't the device(s), but the wi-fi itself. On my last day there, the heater started to act like it was on the fritz. I don't know what that was about, but it was pretty cold outside, so having a problem with the heater was annoying, especially because it got noisy and I was trying to sleep in. Additionally, I think there was a family staying in the room above me, so I could constantly hear their children laughing through the vents. This isn't a problem for me directly, but it is a notation of the lack of privacy - so if you watch porn or have loud sex, you should know that people can probably hear you.
Good room for the money, big beds
No WIFI or heating in the rooms, told us they had a temporary problems
Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a little shop in the lobby.
Location was too far from strip, without car is about $22 cab ride to MGM hotels. Not much in area. Rooms were very old, bed uncomfortable. Could hear people farting through the walls. Smelled like cleaning products. Room was clean at least.
I always stay here when I dont want to blow a lot of money on hotels. Its clean and safe. The guy manager david is cool, the woman that works with him could use customer service training. But hey def work the 35-45 per night. Good maids
Full size bed in a queen room.
I liked that it was further from the strip and within walking distance to old downtown. We got a top floor room with balcony and it was cozy. Heating and cooling unit in room worked awesome. I've stayed at other super 8's and this has been the best so far. Quiet area that feels safe. Also has a little store by the office which is great for snacks. Office staff was friendly. Mainly, it was a great place to crash after walking around all day.
Morning showers are cold. It's better to wait till off hours to try and shower. The WiFi was best in the office and the first section of building, after that it's tough staying connected. Bathroom fan was pretty loud. Has a grumpy girl who works office staff at night/early hours. Pretty much unwilling to even call a taxi, since it is illegal to flag taxi's off road.
The facility was dated needs to be upgraded
Very weak wifi
great front desk service
For the cost, the room was clean. This room had micro and fridge, but friends room did not. Not too far from the main attractions.
I believe they are upgrading some rooms, don't think mine was there yet. The bed felt like it was two box springs. Towels were very tough. There was no pet station nearby. Gap on bottom of door let a lot of cold air in. Floors above creaked, stomped, mumbled voices easily heard.
Nice room. Parking in front of the room. Right besides the strip and walking distance to Stratosphere. Big TV.
The internet was so slow that I considered it as none-working. With good luck we got some emails through. Pet fee is 25USD per stay.
really poor wifi, absolutely rubbish wifi. Also poor checkin turnaround. We have to wait 30 min to get check in.
Staff is very nice and accommodating. Full service maid duties daily. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Clean linens. Nice comfy bed. Great value for the price. Location was great-one street over from the strip.
Saw a roach on day two. Parking is extremely limited. A lot of foot traffic on the ground floor. Someone tried to get into the room one night and some strange female knocked on the room one night asking for food.
The room was smelling cleaning products.
