TV didn't work Phone is not near the bed Not a lot of towels
Very near restaurants
Location, and prices were near perfect.
furniture in our was broken, our bathroom door was not leveled with the floor, and I think the television was limited to a few local channels.
No fridge, smell of the room and old furniture
Anything is great!
Bed mattress uncomfortable...
Staffs super friendly. ... great location if you don't mind to ride on a bus. .. it's very convenient to hop in a bus to the strip. ... i just booked another stay in October. ...
A little but nothing major. ....
Most things are good clean good location Good TV cable
Cant say much didn't like good value
Rooms were big and clean! New towels everyday! Very nice stuff! Would go there again! Close to the "strip"!
It was very loud during night! Area isn't very safe! Strange people!
Price, clean linens, clean bathroom, free wi-fi
noise level from room next door but staff took care of it quickly
Beds were awesome, so sick of hard beds!
Price, size of room, free parking, drapes blocked almost all light, A/C worked well. Staff were good.
Only one ice machine, mattress is old, general condition is somewhat rundown, only one washcloth provided. Wi-fi signal was very weak sometimes.
BED, BATHROOM, TV........ETC.......
BEING ON THE TOP FLOOR.......NEEDS A REFRIGERATOR.............
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable
The one ice machine wasn't working
Price, parking, air conditioning
Didn't know that rooms did not come with a fridge unless it was requested during booking process.
understaffed (4th of July weekend). Property is shared with very busy wedding chapel. No refrigerator.Much stomping on ceiling from upper floor.
Everything about this place was great.
this was the second time we stayed and this time we were in a more spacious and more updated room. the pillows were very comfortable.
smell of perfumed cleaning agents
Location, no outside sound, front desk service, licor store at hotel, atention from janitor woman.
No wi-fi very few tv channels
Clean and good location
Ice machines were all broken
Staff was disorganized. Air conditioning unit out in first room assigned. Driveway in back was scary to navigate. Area was seedy; I had some safety worry. Nothing occurred, however. Worst experience: I called at 11AM to say I was checking out. I left room to get my car close for transferring luggage. My access card did not work when I returned to door. Maid who had been to my room earlier (and told to come back later) was nearby but would not open the door for me. She said she would lose her job if she did. I had to go to the office. Finally, a clerk ended staff conversation and said he had reestablished the access. Since I was leaving in minutes, i checked out. The woman working the desk shuffled the same stack of registrations half a dozen times, finally deciding my paperwork was lost. She then laboriously printed out the screen shot of my registration and payment details. I returned to the room--it was a bit of a distance in 90+ heat. My card did not work. I went to the room where the maid was cleaning, called the desk, insisted they inform the maid to let me in, put the phone down and called her to speak to the desk clerk. The desk clerk had hung up, and the maid did not believe me that the person had said okay. I told her to call the office. Instead she called her supervisor. I was so exasperated that I lost my temper with her--and the supervisor. I went to the phone again, called the clerk who said it was really re-activated this time, but I said I wanted the maid to open it because I didn't trust him, stay on the line. In the meantime the maid had gone to my room with the card and successfully opened the door--the clerk had actually activated it this time. But wait, there's more. As I was actually entering my car, the maintenance man arrived and told me that anytime the desk records that someone is checking out, the computer immediately deactivates the access card.
The staff was really friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable about the area (probably the only good part about our stay). It's also in a good location of town that is close to the sights and feels safe.
We stayed in a bigger room, and still it only had one sink and hardly any space from my group (4). Beds were hard spring mattresses and the A/C units hardly pumped out any cold air let alone any air at all. Especially for the price, it wasn't very pleasant.
AC was not working. They didnt had any room for me to change and I had to wait for another day before I was transfered to a different room
location, friendliness of staff
There was no refrigerator in the room.
bed too soft, outside noise not good
