Front desk staff and driver who took us to Beale St
Where do I start? Suffice to say if you pay $45, don't expect much.
Staff pleasant. Wifi good.
Smelly old jacuzzi in bedroom, door keys repeatedly failed because of faulty lock, blankets stank, grubby bathroom, dangerous wiring, hot water ran out in morning, bedside lights not working, bathroom door would not close. Urgently needs refurb.
Clean Rooms Price Closeness to Downtown / Beale Street Free wifi and parking
Public areas- carpets looked extremely dirty
Wifi,was good ,
I went in to the room an there was a dead roach on air conditioner...the staff wasn't friendly at all, I wouldnt go back ..it was in a poor location ..it defiantly didnt look like the picture posted for their hotel on web site
Vicinity to Beale St and Graceland
No parking for the trailer I was pulling. Scared to have to leave it around the corner! Carpet had nasty looking stains all over. Accommodations not updated since...maybe the early 80s?
The whole place should be condemned. The carpet, furnishings, blankets and pillows were filthy, the tub did not drain. NASTY!!!
The beds were fairly comfortable and the price.
The bedside lamp and plug didn't work. It was hard to sleep because the thin walls. We were woken up at 2 by someone running/jumping in the room above us. Most of all, the people around us were pretty creepy. The first night there we saw a hotel guest walking around the wrap around balcony with no pants! And we discovered he was staying in the room next door!
That I could get all my money back and the staff was very understand
The location was in a bad area and it was people stand all outside and the hotel looked running down. So we didnt make it to see the room. I would never stay there.
Easy exit access to hi-way
Not enough parking area.
Hotel was near the college. The food was adequate.the beds were very comfortable and the front desk person was very nice and was very helpful at check in.
The hotel was very old and needs to be updated. Bad TV signal. Not in the best part of town and a guard would allow us peace of mind
Bathroom was clean and breakfast was good. Would not stay there again. Too far from the places we wanted to see.
The pillows smelled, as did the whole room. It was very dusty and the carpet was filthy. My feet were very black just walking around for an hour. We kept shoes on after that. Blankets were also dirty. Other patrons and traffic was noisy. 1 inch gap under front door. We put chairs in front of doors at night. Did not feel safe.
The bathroom door didn't close all the way, the decor was outdated.
the room was clean and it was quiet. Staff was willing to do what it took to make us comfortable.
there was no ice bucket or coffee pot in the room.
Location and wifi
room was a bit dirty and dark
They "lost" the reservation and then complained about giving us a room. Rooms were dirty. Bathroom door couldn't close and tub did not drain. Terrible place to stay.
The bed was old , the whole place was a bit run down, but clean
Inside the room was clean, the staff was very helpful, the breakfast was always there on time
They didn't pick up the garbage around the property. It is in a very sketchy area. There are a lot of empty, run down and abandoned buildings all around.
But the room was not clean and needed carpet cleaned or replace they did not clean my room during my stay but the staff was courtesy and informative but the room needed extra care
The transport and staff was good
The pool was very nice.Dispite the fact, that it is an older hotel. we liked the 3 nights we were there. To make it short, we got value for our money.
Price; bed and pillows were fairly comfortable; close to downtown
Felt old and dingy; right next to train stop and heard train wheels squealing to a stop all night
The location made it awkward to walk to downtown. The decor was very dated and shabby.
The distance from Graceland
They did not honor the booking.com RSV rate
Filthy discussing. No clean sheets had to request extra towels and blankets to lay on. I had confirmation of non smoking and they gave me smoking and blamed it on booking .com I will report to health dept it is that bad. In very unsafe part of town. We tried to find other hotel at our expense but all booked. We had to but our clothes in bags because stinch was so bad. Carpet was wet and looked like someone had thrown up on it. Towels were only face/hand towels and tub didn't shut off. I'm all for a cheap hotel for just a quick overnight but this place should be closed down. I complained twice to office people and they gave me card to contact franchise and manager. Haven't fine so because I was traveling all week and got very Ill two days after staying there. We even left a few hours early because we couldn't stand it I like booking. Com and will use again but will be very picky! Thanks
