Good pet policy & staff very helpful.
Breakfast needed some protein & less carbs.Bldg. needs to be refreshed.
Staff friendly and helpful. Our plane was delayed so we didn't get there till 12:30 AM. There was staff at the front desk to meet us.
Pillows too firm. No hot water in breakfast bar and I have gluten allergy so choices where very limited. Would be nice if they added hard boiled eggs.
The bed was comfy and the room smelled good. We had 4 of our grown cyildren with us and their families and none complained.
we had to get bedding for our room we also had stained towels and a shortage of towel.
There was a room available at the end of a long day, small dog accepted.
Hallways carpets were dirty, as were stairways. Free breakfast was pretty skimpy and no room to sit. In the dark it was hard to see the facility sign behind the hugeness of the car wash
it was ok, breakfast was good
dirty carpet and brown spots on ceiling.
Hall way smelled like smoke
Rear room access from parking lot Continental breakfast Responsive maid staff Full-size showerhead Free wi-fi access
Exterior uncleanliness Standing water in rear of hotel Dank smell in room
I chose this Super 8 because of the location....very convenient.
Nothing really.... It was clean and the staff was nice.
Had separate bedroom and living room upgrade for price of reg. Room and bed was very comfortable also room was nice and clean
The hall and elevator floors were very dirty and the washer and dryer took more quarters then it said
I had lost my cell phone and the desk staff was very helpful. beds comfortable/clean
Entry road hidden a little, but OK once you know where to go.
Not much really.
The cleaner was rude, the place was running with people who live there. Cops flooded the hotel one night. We couldn't even park by hotel. They charged me a extra night. I payed 120 a night from a website. It was really only 59.99 a night. That is all it's worth.
The pool and hot tub were nice.
The hallways were very dirty and smelly. We had only been there a half hour, the toilet overflowed in our room there was no maintenance person any where. I think it was a one man show. I was concerned about the cleanliness and asked about getting my money back and moving to another hotel. He said it wasn't possible. I took another room there was a dirty towel behind the door in the bathroom, there was toothpaste in the sink and on the faucet, you could tell the sink had not been cleaned from the last person. The blow drier didn't work either and the front desk didn't help. Needless to say I was very disappointed and would still like money back.
The convenience to where I had to go.
It was a bit dusty and moldy smelling but we were in Mesa, so dust is expected, no big deal. We did rest comfortably - thank God for the A/C working so well because it was very hot that week-end.
Location was quiet; rooms neat and clean.
Children allowed in hot tub at all hours; crowded breakfast room; maids and their carts in breakfast room (and MINE) hallway in a.m., making it difficult to navigate.
Clean room, comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff. Free WiFi.
Limited breakfast choices, somewhat spartan room.
location: microwave refrigerator coffee maker in room room very clean
sheets Were clean but had visible stains on them
Having not ever stayed in Gilbert Az I was at the mercy of the picture on line of the facility and rooms. The location was close to my campus.
Carpets in hallways were very dirty to where it smelled bad. My room was clean however. My room could probably use some new paint. Scuff marks on walls, old curtains, bedding, no screen on the window (2nd flr). Building it self needed some cosmetic work done -painting - a little landscaping.
the bed was comfortable.
room didn't get cleaned two days. when it did they didn't give me toilet paper. there was 2 almost empty rolls when I arrived. it was gone the next day. had to use all the tissues. I thought my ring was taken, but I found it in my make up.( I didn't put it in there.) I was over charged.
It was wery confortable, it was clean and everyone was friendly. Great location.
windows could use a spring cleaning.
The only complaint was our final bill when the weekend rate was more than we were told by booking .com . It should have been noted some where. Maybe this is always common, but we did not know.
It was goo priced and nice rooms. If stay there again.
Wifi to do my homework was terrible. I had ton use my hotspot on my phone.
The dtaff was friendly.
The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.
Terrible rooms - smelled of odors - noisey hall during the night - stained carpets, etc. - never, never, never again!!!
Close to Gilbert.
The telephone in the room never worked the two days I was there. Also it constantly blinked to signal there was a message. Reception said they would send someone to fix it and they never did. The breakfast room is quite small and there was no where to sit when I was there.
the room was clean.
The hallways and elevator, needed tobe vacuumed. The first floor bathroom had the dirtiest trash can I have ever seen! The outside trash can was overflowing.
