I didn't like anything. I think I should be reimbursed for the 3 rooms that I paid for. Everything. The place was a dump. Dirty tissues in the bed. The toilet needed to be flushed 10 times before anything would go down. There was no hot water. I was discussed by the appearance of the room and was upset for my family.

They were very accommodating - we were evacuated during sandy and they were friendly and helpful. I live in milford so hopefully I won't need to stay in a hotel in my town again for a while, but I would select this hotel immediately . The other hotels in town lost power and we never did .

When our room was not adequately cleaned their willingness to swap our room was great. Result of swap not so great(see didn't like). The bed was really comfortable and relaxing after a long day of work, the shower stays hot for as long as needed which was refreshing. The heating in the room was adjustable by you and very nice for a personal atmosphere. The low points did out-weigh the high points for our stay though. We were given a room, upon entry we usually check the bed and bathroom, etc. (Just to make sure it's clean and up to standards) - The bed had stains on it, so they swapped our room. Not a problem. Our new room had a very dirty shower which they did not come clean, there were a couple small stains on the floor and mattress which looked like blood (not appetizing) and the door to the room had to be quote on quote "shouldered" to get in because the front desk had to show us how to open the door. Added to that it was a little uncomfortable seeing the room a couple doors down from us busted open from someone kicking it in... Not going back.

Convenience No heat in the room promised. Alternate room was significantly different and not as 'homey' as the original one
