Hotel was very clean. Room was spacious and every item mentioned in the web was there. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Had free coffee all the time Location is somewhat far from city. Taxi ride costs $20

Its was very clean and about 8 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. Ideal location! A lot of restaurants in very close to the Super 8. In fact, JJ's next door had excellent food! Nothing!

Staff was friendly and helpful with reservation process. Reservation online wasn't received by hotel, but staff were still able to provide the same room and accommodations as indicated on online reservation email. Complimentary breakfast was convenient, everything was fresh. Hotel room was clean and looked like a nicer end motel for the budget; everything (shower, sink, etc) worked perfectly.

Great customer service at the desk on all shifts the back access steps were a bit icey; the building is a bit older looking and the linens appeared worn although very clean. Would have liked a pool or hot tub and the fitness area was very small

I was very appreciative of the fact that we had ordered a queen room but they upgraded us Free of charge to an king executive room. Even though we had mixed up the locations of the Super 8 we still very much so enjoyed our stay! It was absolutely wonderful! and the breakfast in the morning was great! This really wasn't an issue but slightly bigger garbage cans would have would have been helpful.

The value was excellent. This facility provided for all my traveling needs at a very affordable rate and with wonderful comfort. In general the location was good but it was a litle tricky to get to out the main thoroughfare. This was not,however, a major distraction in my stay.

My boyfriend and I stayed here on a weekend trip to Minneapolis. The most important thing for me when staying at a hotel is cleanliness, and I was definitely satisfied with the accommodations at this Super 8. We both really enjoyed the our stay here. There aren't many options at breakfast. More choices would be great, however, we love that it's free.

Good value for money. Clean, great location. Wonderful free breakfast. Choc Chip cookies a nice touch! Since I paid with a credit card already, would have been nice to have a "paid in full" bill slipped under our door instead of an amount due. Then we had to stop at the main desk to have them print out another sheet with the amount "paid in full" which should have been done already. Just seems like a waste of paper/time for everyone.
