They upgraded us fro no extra charge because of overbooking.
No unexpected issues.
The time it took to check in. Seemed like the lady at the front desk was somewhat overwhelmed and needed additional training.
the beds were excellent very confortable
the breakfast was poor, not much selection the coffee was terrible. The fruit was over ripe and the cinnamon rolls were stale. In our room there was mold on the ceiling and around the top of the shower which could be cleaned easily.
We needed a place close to Pullman and this was the only place still available. Expected the worst, but was pleasantly surprised. A good value for the price. Comfortable beds & a good nights sleep.
Overall the staff was excellent but the facilities were dated and in need of freshening up.
When we enter the room it ahead a musty smell. The bathtub was dirty and brown .. Coffee filter still in the coffee maker from the day before .. Would not recommend to anyone ...
Staff very pleasant
Desk was dirty with spilled beverages
Comforter on bed. Windows that open Good size room Breakfast waffles are good
Door slams by other guests rattle the building Breakfast room too small and congested
Super 8 was nothing lavish, but was very comfortable and clean which was enough for me. Breakfasts were simple but good. Staff was really nice. It was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. A lot of workers lived there while working in the area but I didn't have a problem with it. I would stay there again.
Super clean. Mattress felt high-quality and very comfortable. Decent, typical continental breakfast. I was very impressed with this super 8.
Kid at the front desk could have been a bit more friendly. I think he was a college student.
Clean, friendly staff looked really nice.
No bath towels in the room. Had to ask for bath towels.
Acceptional value and enjoyed our stay very much.
Pillows were a little too firm for me.
Cost. Availability. Location.
I've stayed here a few times and every subsequent visit, I feel like the quality, cleanliness, and overall experience is going down. Not to mention that this visit, upon arrival, there was a smell of marijuana in the lobby area..whether it came from inside or outside, I don't know, but I was very put off by the situation.
It was a low-cost option.
The sound proofing is not very good. Many mornings I woke up early to an awful creaking sound created by someone walking in the room above. The wifi lags severely, especially in the evening around 9-10 pm.
The staff was very nice.
The carpet constantly feltwet and the room felt damp. The sheets had stains on them. The previous holes where the curtain rod in the bathroom used to hang were never repaired. The coffee was replenshed in the morning but the coffee pot was never cleaned out.
Fair price. Relatively comfortable accommodations. Front desk personnel were cordial and professional.
Being squirt gunned by the owner's children upon check in. They were adorable, but really? Walking through the middle of an arrest was my most interesting and unappealing checkout ever. You get what you pay for.
I've stay in some very expensive so called high class placed in my life and super 8 actually was better then some of those. They were friendly, accommodating and clean. The WiFi was awesome. Our room had a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. The air conditioner worked very well. It was a great place to stay.
We were on the ground floor and when someone checked into the room above us it was a little noisy.
Service was great!
The beds were very comfortable and they did allow pets to stay in the hotel.
The staff was very rude the door to the outside of the hotel didn't lock. They had some sketchy people hanging around the premises and I wouldn't go outside without someone with me. There was also some mold around the top of the shower.
Room was dusty/dirty
The continental breakfast was good. It included fruit, juice, coffee, waffles, cereal, yogurt, and various pastries. The staff was friendly. They let us check in a little early. It is also withing walking distance of several restaurants and stores; and a short distance from Walmart, the mall, Winco, etc.
The rooms were dirty. The beds were not completely made. The sheets still had bits of dirt on them. The floor was un-vacuumed and had little bits of paper and dust about it. We kind of got the impression that they were short handed on cleaning staff and only able to complete half the needed work - perhaps due to it being early in the summer and college students having head back home.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
By the time we got to the breakfast area, about halfway through the allotted time, it was pretty picked over. It needed to be replenished sooner. Other than that, it was a fine place to stay for a quick stopover while traveling.
Good location a block off the main road, so fairly quiet. Close to restaurants and a 15 minute walk to downtown. Across the street from the University of Idaho.
Staff was super friendly an accommodating. Will stay again.
Smelled a little musty
Convenient location. Lavatory separate from bath & toilet. Comfortable. Not too big.
Breakfast could be better. Some food not fresh (bananas had been kept in fridge & were yuck!!) Not really enough for number of guests.
They state they have Wi-Fi, but it never worked even after talking to the staff. The breakfast had stale buns and weak coffee.
