Location and good price, clean. When I arrived at the hotel, I had to wait over 15 mins for the front desk guy to show up. He was on another floor repairing the Internet/Wifi and absolutely no one was monitoring the entrance. That was really bad. By the time he showed up, I had called corporate to report that he was missing and could have been hurt on the property somewhere. Already registerd guests were waiting and other people had arrived. That was really bad because something bad could have happened on the property and possibly to us while we were waiting. I'm 54yrs old and have stayed at many hotels across the country and this was my first such experience with completely absent front desk personnel and no backup. He needs a pager or something! He was really nice when he arrived, but it was really a bad situation.

The breakfast was okay. The website said I could park my car here instead of leaving it at the airport car park. I felt very unsafe doing so as the car adjacent had the window knocked out overnight, even parked by the lighted area. When I checked in the front desk clerk said "I'm putting you on the 3rd floor so you will be safe." That left me not able to sleep very well! The front desk guys in the morning agreed that this was not a safe area to leave my car parked in! The shower didn't work, and I couldn't get the tv to work. Will not stay here again!

The location and price and that they are pet friendly The web site says there will be coffee and tea in the room and there has not been the last three times we have stayed. We are planning on staying again in a week so please update your website so I can bring my own or please check with the staff to find out why it is not provided.

I liked that it was cheap, and they took my small dog. It was a little hard to find off the freeway, but that could have been our fault for following iphone directions. Let's see, the front desk guy was nice enough. The motel is in a very sketchy location though. We aren't picky or ones that scare easily, but there were definitely some shady characters hanging in the parking lot when we arrived, and all night long. The room was overall pretty clean and met our needs, but the carpets looked like they never had been cleaned. Also, another annoying thing was the wifi wasn't working. Normally I wouldn't care so much, but we were traveling and had to do research so we chose this place because it was cheap, and had free wifi. Never got it to work though, even after calling the front desk. All in all it was fine if you need a cheap place to stay for one night while passing through Albuquerque. I wouldn't return though.

The breakfast. We were very surprised when we were told that the shuttle to the airport was not guaranteed because of the contract the Motel has with Greyhound. I guess Greyhound customers get first priority. We would not have stayed at the Motel if we would have known this.

The desk clerk was very friendly and super efficient. The rooms were a good size and very clean. For breakfast, the orange juice ran out, and I told the staff filling up the area, but she did not refill the juice.

I was in and out real quick, got in late, left early for a flight. But the price of the hotel couldn't be beat for what I needed. They claim to have a shuttle service to the airport but upon checking in I was told I couldn't just schedule a trip at the time I wanted. I needed to call the front desk in the morning and give them about a half hour notice. Considering the airport was about 10 minutes away this seemed pretty ridiculous. Also, my room was non smoking but it had quite a funk to it. Smelled like someone had been smoking a tobacco pipe in it.

Without a doubt the rudest front end manager I have ever dealt with. A real smart aleck with an attitude who does not give a darn what the customer thinks. I booked the rooms online and when I arrived and asked about the roll away beds I had paid for online he said they did not have any. He also said that was online and he only dealt with 'right here'. All said with an attitude and a smirk. I will never stay in that hotel again. After this unpleasant stay I will also avoid Super 8 altogether as the manager stated that Super 8 does not honor nor care about any online booking agreements and that it only matters when you are face to face. Pathetic. Oh, they also gave us different rooms from the ones I booked and paid for as well as having us staying 3 nights instead of just the one. I will never us Super 8 again.

Pretty quiet, efficient and nice staff. Breakfast is really basic. Adding a little variety in the drinks and the cereals would be easy. Also, adding an extra waffle maker would make such a difference and avoid a lengthy wait. Think of it, such a little investment for such a big improvement.

My wife and I, and other family members used Super8 often in the past.Needs and travel changes so we haven't used s8 for a while. We decided to try it again this trip. S8 in Gallup,NM was terrible. The place was run down and in very poor condition (dirty). We won't stay in Gallup again. Albuquerque was better but still not up to the standards we were used toat Super 8. We will choose more carefully next time.

Price was right, and it is convenient to the freeways. Styrofoam? Seriously? Coffee and juice cups were made of it, as were the cereal bowls. Plastic table ware. Is there anyone on the planet who doesn't know how terrible this stuff is?

I am not sure what I was expecting for the price but when we checked in I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff, Travis, was also very friendly and informative on directions and locations of sites in the city. It was a nice, clean, comfortable room with friendly staff.
