Bub not like the overall oink out look... looked dingy from the outside and the inside was worse. Will not be staying here again.
price, big room
too far, old
Rooms old fashioned. Really bad smell. They need to remodel facility. TV old fashioned.
A lot of smoking, cause i don't smoke
it is close to casinos and facilities are awesome.we absolutely had perfect time there. gonna miss vegas
odor of room was not good at all and the sink in the bathroom did not work :/
room was clean and location was good for our trip.
Lady at the front desk was not friendly at all when we checked in.
The Beds& Service Was Great, We Came In A Little Early And Checked With No Problems..... Good Cheap!! Food.......
Slots A Little Tight'' So We Played Somewhere Else''
The room was very clean.
bathtub to small
cocktail waitress barely come around i had to buy my own drinks while i was gambling
Good location. Good bar and entertainment.
Rooms were overpriced for the quality. Staff seemed generally disinterested. Very small casino floor.
I loved the food and the restaurant and I slept like a baby!
The girl that was that night wasn't polite with us! Just one girls with blue eyes! She was like mad with all costumer! But just one girl the another ones they were really kind with us!
everything except location
Restaurant on premises. Pet friendly.
WiFi & cable worked on and off, and slow. Customer service was unprofessional. No welcome greeting. Ladies did not smile and their attitudes were not friendly at all. When I gave the keys and cards back at the desk, I said "good morning" and they just took the keys and cards. I said "thank you" and they completely ignored me. They really need to work on their eye contact, too. If they can't say anything nice to their guests, at least make eye contact and fake a smile, and get rid of the 'stuck up' attitude. Motel 6 up the road had much better customer service. Sorry guys!
cost efficient and helpful workers, great location.
room floor was slanting down, one lamp had spliced wires extension with black tape coming off it, otherwise just fine.
Front desk was helpful.
Very old and out of the way building that is not well maintained. The room was so warm (read hot) that I had to turn the wall AC unit on and leave for an hour to make it bearable. Very old carpet not kept very clean. Building very outdated.
When I went down to get breakfast by waiter was great. Wish I remembered his name.
The room smelled like smoke & no one decided to shampoo carpets in awhile. My AC stopped working & they didn't wanna compensate me for it.
I did enjoy the restaurant that was attached to the facility. The food was pretty good and the waiter was nice.
Can't say I enjoyed outdated appliances, carpet, and fixtures. However, I still enjoyed my stay. And the pricing came through in a clutch so overall, all went well.
I didn't like the room very bad conditions the bed sheets dirty beds where not do. Bathroom very old and damage tub and toilet.
The staff made the stay acceptable. Room wasn't cheap but it was clean.
WiFi too slow to be much use, it constantly dropped the signal and I had to restart the connection every few minutes. The ice machines on each floor did not work but there was one on the first floor. there were no refers or coolers in rooms; the tub leaked all over the floor from a worn out curtain. The prices were high for a former-1-star motel. There were no amenities except for a small outdoor pool and a room full of stot machines. The building is in good repair for its age, but that's the problem, it is old and it shows. Much better and cheaper rooms at newer motels / hotels nearby, with better amenities.
Dirty room and not foods breakfast
I used to like the small comfortable personal feel of the place, the ability to play and stay But
I stay and play 2 or 3xa month. This time i was shocked to find tow stickers on my van and my small empty utility trailer. I was later told that they WILL TOW MY 2 LEGAL VEHICLES FROM THE CASINO PARKING LOT aeeven though im a registered guest and member of there play club. There are no signs or policy stating this Not on the property Not in the hotel and no distinction can be made between hotel and casino when driving around the property, Security nasty and anament Hotel no backbone and would have done NOTHING ABOUT IT, both sides shared one answer, "We have no control over what the oher one does" Heres my final bet (all in) Tow any of my vehicles from any space on either side while im playing or staying and we will see the house loose(this refers to a civil suit) U cant do this without post signage about the property according meeting or exceeding the Nrs. And when you decide to pen in NO TRAILERS ALLOWED on rhe warning sticker, (SAYS WHO)
