“ The staff were very helpful. They did manage to get us into a room with a bed and a couch-bed in their very full motel, after not having our reservation on file. The motel is near, but not next to a handy freeway entrance, so trafic noise is minimal. Our room had WiFi, hair dryer, TV, coffee maker, small refigerator, microwave and paper/plastic cups. ”

Reserved room with my dads card as a gift from him. They wouldnt accept it and I had to pat cash I really could not afford. I called ur rep and was told I cou ld pay with his card

The staff were very helpful. They did manage to get us into a room with a bed and a couch-bed in their very full motel, after not having our reservation on file. The motel is near, but not next to a handy freeway entrance, so trafic noise is minimal. Our room had WiFi, hair dryer, TV, coffee maker, small refigerator, microwave and paper/plastic cups. The motel did not have our reservation, and was unable to provide a room with two proper beds which we had reserved with Bookit.com The exit from the motel is across the road from a large gas station, and trafic in/out of the gas station makes a left turn out of the motel to the freeway hazardous. The pool hot tub was unable to be heated. We were told it would be fixed next week.

Nothing. Room was dirty, door did not lock (had previously been kicked in). Didn't feel secure in room. Beds were uncomfortable. Poor water pressure in shower.

Location was good - Close to highway for access to Phoenix & Tombstone & Tucson downtown. Swimming pool & jacuzzi area not very clean. Gym wasn't usable, being used as a store. I was quoted via booking.com a total for room of $208 for a 3 night stay. The final bill was for $249 - thats 25% in hidden charges. Is it possible that when quoting the price for booking initially all hidden charges are shown so that this more accurately refects in the final price.

pesimo servicio, corrimos un maraton y hablamos para ver si podiamos extender una hora el check out por los tiempos de la carrera, y la manera en que nos desalojaron fue horrible, cero hamabilidad, pesimo.

La ubicación. Habitaciones muy maltratadas y descuidadas, el tapiz del baño en las dos ocasiones diferentes que nos hospedamos se está cayendo por humedad. el mobiliario es viejo y deteriorado, las almohadas son de broma. Pésimo desayuno, es una burla. La peor relación calidad/precio. Booking no menciona la tarifa real que se va a pagar.
