clean room (but small)
Room keys stopped working everyday and we had to visit the lobby every time we came back (there were long queues all the time and we had to wait 30+ minutes everyday to get new keys), breakfast room was over-crowded every morning (no place to sit)
Location was good. No huge problems or issues.
Seemed a little pricey, but probably competitive for the area. Water pressure (shower) was poor, but that's fairly typical for hotels/motels.
Breakfast above American average, but totally crowded during the morning. Otherwise it is what you expect from a Super8 Motel - not a fancy place but still comfortable.
Beds should be spaced from wall the rhythmic thump on the wall from next door was uncomforting.
Overpriced, but I guess it's what it takes to be close to Arches.
It was quiet -- not any road noise Beds were very comfortable
Complementary breakfast the coffee was tepid at best in both pots there wasn't any hard boiled eggs which proteen is needed for many even less expensive motels have hard boiled eggs -- so we had to go out for breakfast. Which we had not planned to do.
It was very clean and recently updated. Very nice rooms.
We were at the very end of the hotel and the wifi was very spotty. It was extremely slow and kept going down. Need to make the big buses park in the over-sized vehicle parking. There was one bus in the parking lot taking up a lot of spaces and it was difficult to find a spot.
location: could ride bicycle to town and to trails.
Coffee was no good; breakfast was lacking protein items ie: eggs, bacon, sausage.
Kudos to the breakfast host who kept smiling although there was an overflow crowd between 8:30 - 9:00.
No elevator so the staff had to juggle to give us first floor accommodations.
Proximity to various national parks
Carrying our luggage up a flight of stairs. People with back or foot problems will find this difficult.
Motel was close to Arches Park and an easy trip to other areas of interest. Had traffic light for easy and safe access to hiway, Denny's Café with good hours that you or some of your party could easily go over and get takeout or eat in. Good coffee, juice and milk for breakfast although a little more protein and fruit would have been nice.
Breakfast area was pretty crowded most, tables a little too close to get around.
It was surprisingly quiet at night. Very clean. Easy to locate. Staff was friendly.
The towels!!! Very old and worn out! Some were frayed!
close to Arches National Park
Staff totally uninterested, crappy breakfast, train passing during night (bring earplugs)
Breakfast was zoo
clean Hotel with breakfast very good for one or two night
beds were comfortable. Located reasonably close to the city center. Price in line with a vacation area.
Breakfast was weak. Waffles were a joke. Only fruit was apples. Bland cereal selection. Tiny coffee cups. Good yogurt. TV image was distorted on the left 25% and the right 25% of the viewing image.
it's so hard to find a parking space at the night
The room was large enough and reasonably comfortable.
had an odd smell which we could not get rid of with the air conditioning. No use complaining - they were full. The breakfast was very basic. I guess it is because of the popularity of Moab but this hotel is very over-priced.
We booked this hotel because everything else was full but it proved to have everything we needed including breakfast and pool.
Friendly, and helpful staff. Actually upgraded our room at no additional cost. The room was huge! Beds just like our beds at home, comfortable. We slept well.
Too many guests with all the tour buses. The breakfast buffet was a zoo, forget it! A little pricey, the most we ever paid for a Super8.
Comfort big cozy bed. I am really impress. The staff who work in the dining room is excellent. She work really hard to ensure breakfast supplies is enough for the guest.
Price. I guess that I book it late.
It was very clean and new looking. Nice setup and quite. Got my rest and bfast and was on out next adventure.
MINIMAL SPACE IN BREAKFAST SEATING AREA
Laminate floors in room were dirty. Walking on floors left bare feet or socks black on the bottom. Minimal breakfast. No hot food. Rate increased on a Thursday. Poor value.
Location was good and the two rooms booked were clean and comfortable.
Breakfast room was far too small for the number of guests. 11 days after checking out, the hotel has still not released the 2 deposits of $100 held for the rooms.
