The staff was very helpful and rooms were quite and very clean.
Ok breakfast. Not many tables in the breakfast room. We had to take food back to our room as no place to sit.
Nice deco. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Great location. Good value for money.
The breakfast was not very good, not a lot to choose from. There was no elevator and traveling with an older person was a little difficult.
The location for getting to Arches National Park was great. Rooms were remarkably clean and we'll equipped. Staff very friendly. We stayed in a room with 3 queen beds.
Very busy place at this time of year (March) and check in took a long time. There were no bath towels in the room and we had to ask for them. They didn't look very clean and needed to be turned into rags. The breakfast space was tight withe the typical toast/cereal choices.
The hotel was close to Arches Park. It had a Denny's close next door we went to for supper. It had a small breakfast.
The wifi was spotty. Our room looked a bit dated. Not a great value.
The location right outside Moab was great. The staff were pleasant.
Needs waffel maker not frozen waffels
Very personable and helpfull
Had to call the front desk for a roll of tp. They should always leave an extra roll in the room.
Convenient location, best price I could find. Staff were good to answer tourist questions, breakfast was fine. The kids were happy the pool was open already, we stayed in early April.
My friends and I were all on our college spring break, the fact the we are college age hints that we were in need of a really good deal. Our families prepared us with low expectations knowing we were staying at a super 8. When we arrived we were all pleasantly surprised by the quality of our room! It looked fully renovated, very modern, the rest of the hotel didn't meet quite the same standard but was still above our expectation and well worth the money! More than we could've imagined. Worth saving your money and staying here, not bad at all!
The sheets and towels had stains.
Price and location were good. We liked that our whole family (6) could fit in one room.
Room was a bit cramped. Too much furniture. Breakfast was weak. All stuff we could have brought ourselves--toaster waffles, cereal and milk, instant oatmeal. Would have liked to have a DVD player.
Location was good. Close to Arches National Park and Canyonlands. We were able to have our family of 5 all together in one room.
Ultra crowded breakfast room! One morning I arrived and it was empty. Also, nothing to eat.... when I asked aren't you open, the guy at the front desk laughed and said the hour changed yesterday haha.... my fault of course, but couldn't he have said sit down, sir, we will have some milk and corn flakes brought over so you don't go without breakfast??
Good room, quiet, lots of parking, clean
Breakfast was very limited and not slot of room for the number of people who were getting food. Also hot tub was cold 2 nights in a row, but was fixed by the third night ... desk said that they were never told about the issues...really? (apparently a switch needed to be flipped to turn it back on - so was an easy fix but took two days).
Room was spacious (2 queen) and comfortable. It came with a refigerator (larger size) and micowave. Hot tub and pool where nice.
Much nicer than I expected from a Super 8.
breakfast was terrible... after 6:30 AM there was never a place to sit, the selection was minimal (toast/jelly, cinnamon rolls, 2 kinds of cereal and oatmeal) and often out of many items. Coffee was fine.
everything was ok, except...
nothing much. A bit pricey especially for a weekday.
Relatively close to everything. Convenient and clean
This may be of use for those who travel from overseas. It's a common knowledge that such motels block a certain amount on yur credit card as an aincident deposit.it's ok if you're a US or Canada citizen. This amount comes back within a few days. It's not the case for those who come, for instance, from Russia. this international transaction completes within 32 days. It is expecially critical when you're within a certain budget and every buck matters. This way, i normally pay cash, which i did when we stayed at this motel. we arrived at night and checked in. Girls at the desk said they needed 50bucks to be blocked on my card. I explained the situation and they had me fill out a form for a cash deposit. Next morning, when i showed up at the desk to check out and get my 50 bucks in cash back, another receptionist showed me a paper ( which none of the two grils had mentioned to me last night) stating that cash deposits are only refunded via a check! What?! what kind of check are talking about - i'm not from US. So anyway, i left my home address and off i went. Just be aware of such surprizes, those people never let me know of this cash deposit refund condition. Bear this in mind. The hotel mamangement needs to evaluate professional skills of the service personnel as well.
I had dirty towels in my room. Front staff was helpful on fixing the situation.
Everything was new, the tv huge, beds comfortable, cable had a lot of channels to choose from. Right next to Dennys snd close to Arches National Park.
2 mornings fire alarm went off due to burning toast . Buying a new toaster would be a cheap solution.
2 out of 3 mornings there, the fire alarm went off at 6 in the morning, the wifi was poor.
The proximity to Arches National Park is superb, the outdoor pool and hot tub is nice, the facility always was clean
great location to bike trails
The overall price was high for what was there. No gym, the breakfast was waffles in a toaster, cold cereal, or packaged oatmeal. For the price of the room i would of expected eggs, bacon, real waffles. Also there was a fire alarm at 5:00am. You could barely hear alarm in room. Once we exited the area there was no control of the area, and staff was not knowledgeable on how to handle emergency situations. The alarm was "assumed" to be from toaster, and the maintenance staff disabled the alarm.
The rooms were nice, and a/c worked well.
Over priced for the quality of room the shower was left with dirty spots on the walls it smelled like smoke the walls are paper thin very noisy and the fire alarms went off at 6:30am and the front desk didn't care or even offer an apology or a courteous discount even though they take care of the system and by the way if properly maintained it will not go off at random
Fire alarm in the hall went on at 6am waking all guests, no fire or smoke though but it took some 10 minutes to be turned off, not blaming anyone but that was quite annoying
Nice renovated rooms
Breakfast had limited options
Great rooms, great price!
I was changed more than the rate quoted on booking.com
