The hard slam of the door closure.
The lady that checked us in was super sweet!
We booked for two night and left after the first. The Hotel overall is run down. The room had an odd smell. There was a red stain on the bed and we were told it was from us! The lady on duty in the morning was very confrontational! And the worst part is the room was infested with ticks!
The staff ALWAYS went above and beyond in making us welcome. They even remembered my first name and greeted me daily. They treated us like old friends.
Our bathroom fan didn't work, but it still wasn't unbearable.
I originally reserved this room based mainly on price, but was happy to find a great value. The room was clean, the mattress comfortable and it was so quiet that I slept like a log. The breakfast wasn't great, but at a cost of $0, how can I complain? The staff was very friendly and efficient; I was checked out with receipt in hand in 2 minutes. I've already made another reservation for my next business trip.
Nothing really, except that putting out freshly baked cookies each afternoon could be problem for folks trying to watch their weight!
The staff was really great and friendly
An elevator would have been helpful
I liked the cinnamon buns and waffles in the morning
No trash bags not enough cups in room, not sure if toilet paper was changed. Made me think if the room was thoroughly cleaned before
Liked how nice the staff was and the room was large clean and the hotel gad good amenities. Not a bad place to stay
The other doors to the other rooms slammed alot until late into the night. Doors have no spring to catch so they slam loud and hard
Good option for a pet friendly motel, reasonable breakfast
Reception was very nice.
Noise. Trying to sleep when I realized that they had put us in the room next to the maids closet. So at 6am they where bashing things around, slamming doors, loud talking. The maintenance man started blaring music on his phone while painting the hall way at 7am. No sleep that night.
Clean sheets comfortable bed pillows Make waffels Staff nice Cheap price..52 $ 2 queens Stay an extra hour
Broken windiw and screen Toilet chain felll off Didnt get requested extra towels Breakfast till 9 am only 1 extra hour
The first room we were given smelled like smoke. Staff promptly gave us another room. OK to be on the third floor if you don't mind the lack of an elevator.
I had an important meeting in Moses Lake that happened last minute. I found Super 8 to be very clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing. Housekeeping really does a good job with keeping the rooms clean and the entire property. Because of friendly staff and clean rooms I will most definitely return in the future.
Staff was rude and ignorant. Dirty room. Bloody sheets, when asked for clean bedding was told none avail. Staff was unwilling to discount room or clean it. Excuse was "sorry new housekeeping staff." Unacceptable. Filthy! Don't go barefoot!
From the moment I walked through the front doors I was treated like family. The front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. They gave me an excellent recommendation for dinner, which was Michaels on the Lake. You can tell that the have been working very hard on renovating the hotel. The entire hotel is very clean and well maintained. The entire staff are always willing to help you out with almost any request. I can't say enough about this hotel!! This is my new hotel when I am in town on business.
The big tv
The staff totally made this a great place to stay - they were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. What put us over the top in our review is that we left something behind in our room and they graciously went out of their way to see it returned to us.
The cleaning staff knocked and tried to get in several times, waking up my kids, long before checkout. Although we were in a clean room and they explained that they were in the process of remodeling, there were several items that should have been repaired/replaced like the toilet seat (has been cleaned so many times the paint was worn off), bubbling paint in bathroom (moisture damage) and the carpets all needed to be replaced (especially the hallway).
Location was great for my needs.
The room was small and if there was a couch or chair in the room it had been removed. The only chair in the room was to the desk and was in poor shape. The padding in the chair was worn out and I felt like I was going to fall through the middle of the chair. The breakfast was poor at best.
Dirty Pool Terrible Cont. Breakfast, no microwave, one waffle maker,
Noisy A/C made sleep miserable. The place is much too spartan for the high price charged.
She was AWESOME!! The Maria on the 3rd floor who spoke English. VERY friendly and VERY helpful. She is a TRUE asset! She was so very busy and still managed to get us more pillows AND call us sweetheart :) LOVE HER!!
The check in lady Linda was a little scattered, but very nice.
The only thing we liked was the location.
I am usually not one to complain but our experience was so bad I think it is important that I say something. I booked a room with one king size bed and when we got to our room there was two queen size beds. I went to the front desk to make sure there wasn't a mistake. The employee said it is what booking.com had us down for. I said as long as I don't get charged more for the room it was okay. The room smelled, had stains all over the floors and comforter, the window had a big crack in it, dust all over, there was floral smelly stuff being pumped through the hallways that would set my allergies off and the lack of breakfast was horrible. There was not enough staff to work the hotel. From what I saw the front desk employee had to clean, fill the breakfast stuff and fix the breaker a few times because the breaker was blowing in the breakfast area. This did not allow the employee to cover the front desk and be available to the customers. There was an unavailable sign up almost every time I went to the front desk directing people to us a phone to call the person on duty, I never found the phone. I wasn't able to check out and get a receipt because the unavailable sign was up. I could see the person on duty was cleaning up after breakfast so I popped my head into the breakfast area and ask what I needed to do to check out. She said just to put the keys on the front desk and she will get to it. I expected a lot more for spending $119.00 a night. My family will definitely not be returning back to this Super 8.
The entire facility should be condemned Continental breakfast was the worst... Way overpriced!!!!!!!!!
It was a wonderful p[lace to meet a friend
