    Free Wi-Fi. Great staff.

Needs new bedding but the worse was the carpets. After about an hour of being in the room, my grandkids' feet were black!!!

The front desk girls are so nice! Very helpful and kind. We didn't see a single bug in or around the motel. The room cleaners were just fine. No theft or rudeness in any way. Always found parking easily. Pool was clean but not heated. No noisy neighbors.

Loud air conditioning in the room! Also, it wasn't very cold, it would just make our room extremely humid. Sometimes, we found it better to just open our window or door. The beds are rock hard. My boyfriend compared it to sleeping on a box spring. Also the complimentary breakfast is a joke, hardly any food and only served from 6am to 9am! If you aren't there by 6 or 7, there will hardly be anything left for you. Also what is there is pretty pathetic. The Indian manager was very rude to my boyfriend about wanting to use the washer and dryer. We brought our own blankets and pillow cases so we didn't use their sheets so I don't know if their sheets were clean or not. Highway right across the street makes being outside your room loud. Shower worked but half the shower head sprayed so hard it was painful and could not be adjusted to spray more softly. Seriously, it was like a fireman's hose! ALSO, at comic con time (July) they charge outrageous rates for their rooms. said my total plus motel fees and tax would be around $900. When I checked into my room, they charged me over $1000! Also, apparently if we had not checked in by 3pm, they would have given our room away! Nowhere on the Super 8 website for this motel OR said this! Thank goodness we got there at 11am. How awful they don't tell you things like that!

They double charged, staff never calls back after a complaint, save your money and find another place. Worst hotel service I have had

I asked for a floor level room. I got a flat "do not have one" Gave me one on the second floor, right above the office. Went back and told front desk that I definitely did not want it. I suffer from asthma and traveling with my 2 small grandchildren. At the time one of the housekeeping ladies was there and told her, why dont you give her the one accross from the pool? she did. That evening at midnite a group of people knock on our door for over 10 minutes!!! no security. Second day, someone tried to open our door. A group of men sat at the only table by the pool the entire time we were there! Felt uncomfortable to take the kids swimming. Room smell like mold, furniture extremely worn. The only good thing I can say about it is that is was very clean!

I liked the free parking and the fact the room had a microwave and a fridge.

The bed sheets had holes from burns in them and their continental breakfast was only toast and oatmeal.

location. safety.price, enviroment were all excellent.

they don't have to display their god or the immage on the check in counter. the art frame in our room was spooky. they bang at your door to tell you to check out. some hotels give extra hour to check out, but they wanted $10 extra for not cheking out at 11am.

The bed sheets weren't changed out in who knows how long. Huge stains (blood??) on bed sheet. Asked for them to be changed out....had to do it myself. Sheets/comforter are not changed/washed regularly. Pic on Web page was nothing like my room. Bunch of prostitutes coming and going. Bad overall experience for the inflated holiday weekend price.

Big bed, small room. Good distance to San Diego City Center. Just a few minutes away from everything. Good breakfast. We didn't use the pool, but it seemed clean. All you need: free safe, microwave, fridge...

I did appreciate having a piece of muffin and coffee for breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Liked the fact that the motel was right off the highway and easy to find. There was highway noise, but we were so tired that once we turned the television on, we fell right to sleep and slept soundly all night.

I didn't like being charged for a safe, when we didn't even use the safe. I didn't like finding a pubic hair in the tub. I didn't like having the bed 1 foot from the air conditioner. The carpet was heavily stained with black stains.

I liked the modern décor in the room

I didn't like the bed, it was very worn down and uncomfortable. I did not like the bedding, there were holes in the blankets. I didn't like the bathroom, their was mold by the bottom of the outside of the bathtub, and behind the toilet, and the ceiling.
