Super 8 Motel O'Hare Elk Grove  

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel was worth the money.

The air conditioner worked. The beds were comfortable.

The shuttle service was atrocious. We had to wait an at least 45 min for pickup every single time. The reason we picked this hotel was because they said they would take you to the nearest "l" station. What they failed to mention is that the nearest station is the airport. The sign on the front desk stated that you must schedule your shuttle the night before. When I attempted to do so, they then informed me I could pick anytime I wanted, as long as it was on the half hour. I will never stay here again. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for any reason.

Excellent staff, very convenient, free shuttle bus service, very reasonable, family friendly, safe, free breakfast, the beds are confortable, staff are very informative and friendly. Pool and jacuzzi was good.

The pool water was a bit dirty, we were told will have a free continental breafast and yes we did receive. However, not much varieties we got bored eating the same thing everyday.l

if you're coming to Chicago to sightsee in the city, then this place is definitely too far away. it's about 15 minutes by a shuttle bus (very shabby) to the airpost and 45 minutes from there to downtown Chicago. Breakfast is very basic. No fridge in the room.

vending machines were almost empty and selection of soft drinks from vending was limited and did not offer water or juice.

We liked the shuttle to O'Hare Airport Blue Line Access.

Had to pay more because of discrepancy between Booking.com and Super 8 rates.

Friendly and professional staff, good connection to airport, ok breakfast. Little inside pool and Jacuzzi. Can recommend for couple of days, good point to connect to airport or take a train to city.

Ubicación muy cerca del aeropuerto de Chicago , buena relación prestación/precio y porsupuesto que lo recomiendo.

Es de dimensiones bastante reducidas el salón para el desayuno en relación a la cantidad de habitaciones que tiene el hotel,

die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht und es war verdammt heiß!!! Außerdem war keiner da als wir auschecken wollten, obwohl sie wußten das wir nachts los mußten um unseren Flieger zu bekommen! alles in allem hätten wir wohl besser in unserem Auto übernachtet, denn unser Zwerg hat kaum den erhofften Schlaf bekommen!
