Our room was lovely - very clean, fairly modern, had everything we needed. The staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. It was nicer than we'd expected! Breakfast provided was basic but fine for us.
The air con unit was quite noisy, but we had earplugs anyway, so weren't disturbed.
Gettin in and out of parking lot.
They were very nice, room was nice , bed good, just really a good experience and such a good value..
can't think of anything negative.
We booked on line and had no problems checking in. Our arrival was late and the room was still available.
The connection to the Wi-fi was poor.
pillows and towels were less than satisfactory; no bananas at breakfast
Bathroom was dirty! The towels were old but clean. The shower was dirty and we killed three bugs in the shower. The room itself smelled tired. I would not recommend this place to my friends.
the cooling system was by the front entrance and it was leaking water. having to step in the water made my shoes slick and when I walked in I slipped and fell in the lobby! coulda be very bad!
They are updating the hotel. There is new furniture in the rooms with small refrigerators and microwaves and new carpet. The breakfast is ok with a waffle maker, cereal, cinnamon rolls, fruit, coffee, milk and juice.
They need to look into refurbishing the bathtub. It looked very old. The sheets were cheap and scratchy and there were only two very cheap pillows on the bed. It was nice having an elevator but it needed some updating as well. It was a little scary riding in it. Do not book through booking.com we were charged twice.
The breakfast did not provide all the food stated in the original write-up I received. Too much noise outside window and bathroom was very small.
Everything but the back door
Key card would not open the rear door. Lack of staff's ability to address this issue was the only negative.
Liked the cleanliness and value, got 2 nights for about the price of one at other motels.
It was weird trying to get into the lot, you can only go in one way, so you have to do a U-turn or some other thing if approaching from the other way. Not easily accessible.
Good value for money, place was clean, seemed family owned. Places in this price range can sometimes be iffy with transient guests, but this seemed ok.
The room was hot and stuffy about 90 degrees when I arrived and I thought I wouldn't be able to sleep. I was able to air it out by leaving the windowand the desk man helped. I asked for a fan but they didn't have one. It turned out ok and I felt better by the time I left but I slept with the window open all night (first floor right off parking lot) and the AC on. This was in February.
Price and location
Pillows were lumpy and flat. Staff was not very good at giving directions to locations.
The main hallway outside my room being vacuumed at 7:30a on a Sunday.. and the door to my room needed a weather strip on the bottom. Could see out nearly an inch under the door with a lot of light shining in all night, not to mention how noisy that made my room.
Generally a good hotel. Great value. Breakfast.
Someone is living in the room directly above 207 where I stayed. They were terribly loud and had to be told 3 times to settle down. It was after midnight before I was allowed to sleep. By that time I was wide awake. i got 3 hours of sleep, and had to go to a very special meeting in this condition. whoever those people are, they need to find another home, I think... seems they are family to the people at the front desk. i mean them no harm, but i told front desk when checking in that i am a light sleeper and needed a very quiet room. I got the worst in the hotel! Perhaps a refund is in order, since I did not receive what I came for, sleep?
Rooms were nice and good price
There wasn't much to choose from; small area.
Very clean, recently updated. Excellent value!
The rooms have it's own fridge & microwave so I can snack @ night on something hot. Price is nice
That it is animal friendly & it is no special floor or designated rooms for people with animal almost every room smells like dogs and animal hair is everywhere in the rooms. And in the Morning people with their pets walk right pass the continental breakfast area One animal actually stopped and shook hair everywhere. I feel it should be " please use rear exit with animals"
comfortable room, clean, and staff very helpful
It was on a busy corner on the edge of town. It was easy on and off the highway, but we couldn't open the windows for the traffic noise.
