Friendly staff and clean room
$76 deducted from account after paying in advance
I liked, at first the open courtyard but a lady screaming on cell phone at 2:00 am ruined one night sleep in that courtyard waking everyone up -
The price over 100 when I've had 4 other hotels on this trip - better locations and nicer facilities - could have had a room in French quarter for a little bit more - won' t make that mistake again!
The bed was comfortable. We were left to our own peace and relaxation.
Well, the breakfast will leave you wanting. Parking can be tricky.
The bed was awesome, the staff went out of their way to make sure my stay was excellent, the balcony was nice
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and in great repair. Plenty of hot water for showers.
the staff was real friendly and the room was nice and clean
the bed was a little to hard
There was nothing likeable about my stay except for the fact that I didn't have to sleep in the car.
The staff was rude. The hotel was poorly maintained. My window was unlocked when I got there. They cleaned it but it really needs a complete overhaul.
The hotel is little older but it was a really good stay. I think the photos need to be updated on the website. Because the room looks a lot nicer then the photos.
Just a little too far from downtown area for my liking.
clean and kindness, Walmart store are near.
211 room was toilet fan loudness.
Angela (front desk) was wonderful, and so was the other girl that was there in the morning. All the staff were friendly.
Pool needs heat, doesn't get any sun and we were there early march. Area looks tough when you get there but the hotel is okay.
Close to downtown of the city
I had no water at night because the water pipe was broken .. The reception told me that It will take 1 hour to fix it .. They took 4 hours !
A nice location away from all the traffic but close enough to downtown.
The night front desk lady was extremely rude and discomforting
Let us view the room before check in. Traveled to get on a cruise ship. clerk offered to let us park our car there with no extra cost.
My family and I had a wonderful stay! The style of the hotel had a vintage New Orleans appeal. The hotel has been beautifully renovated and has retained all of the “Big Easy” charm of a French Quarter. The rooms were nice and clean, the staff was very nice, on site security, and the location was conveniently located to all of our destinations. We had a pleasurable stay! This hotel will be our go to accommodation for our future visits.
Very easy to get to and travel about while in New Orleans.
the continential breakfast was horrible, no soap, had to ask for it, bad smell down hallway, dirty towells
The front desk staff was VERY helpful. The hotel was clean. We got a thank you note from our room cleaner. She thanked us for being so neat. It was just a sweet note, in response to our leaving her a little tip written, on a napkin.
When we drove up, we saw a vacant, dilapidated hotel next to ours. Breakfast was a bit weak if you were on the late side. But still, there was food.
Everything is great
The people is noisy and that is 3oclock in the morning
Food it was good but it can be better
Smoking room was so bad
This was good, comfortable, basic lodging with the best front desk person ever! Angela was like having a concierge without the fancy hotel price. She was knowledgeable, hospitable and great to work with! Gave us wonderful tips on places to eat and see.
The only things we could serioulsy complain about were the pillows! Little "chiclets" on a big bed. And some protein with breakfast would be great!
Clean rooms wonderful staff
Has nothing to do with hotel! But plan your taxi rides ahead of time! First date waited over an hour.
The breakfast was nice. There was not enough room in the breakfast area for everyone to have a seat. Staff was friendly.
The area surrounding the hotel was good. The hotel next door was abandoned and behind the hotel was too many places for unruly patrons of the surrounding area to hang out in.
Great staff clean comfortable room close to downtown
Nothing everything was great. Staff friendly and informative.
