I really thought the staff was awesome and very professional. They where able to let me check in at 1:00 pm instead of 3:00 pm. They also serve a nice breakfast and alcoholic beverages. The only thing the Wife and I found wrong or hard to get use to was the bathroom towels. Very ruff and hard. I was told they do have newer ones but every room hasn't got them yet...... Lol

Two staff members were great!! Bill at the front desk when I checked in took the time to help with anything he could. When I told the room attendant the next morning about the blow dryer she found a way for me to have access to one for my hair. :) The blow dryer in my room did not work. The next morning when I checked out , I told the girl behind the front desk about the blow dryer and she just said "oh ok" as if it was nothing. She did not even say sorry for the inconvenience. Unprofessional and would not return because of her.

The cost was definitely a huge factor. I had a king size bed and it was very comfortable. In relation to where I needed to go for my meeting, it was quite convenient. Location of eating places very close Unfortunately, the ironing board was too old and the lever broke, if it wasn't already broken. I was a little mislead when it said that a refrigerator would be in the room, there was no refrigerator. I think our check in clerk seemed a little on the lazy side, he was friendly enough. The space for eating was too small for the number of guests. If the motel is full, it will be a problem if so many will be eating at the same time. These dislikes would not preclude me from staying again.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. The common areas and the room were very clean and well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast They had free breakfast which included making your own waffles. It is quick and easy and you can enjoy fresh waffles instead of stale bagels. The beds were kind of hard, but for the price they were adequate.

We arrived in the middle of the night, in the blizzard and their road and driveway already cleared, same in the morning when we were leaving, continuing our trip up North. Hotel was clean, free breakfast as good as in more expensive hotels:great value for money and convenience, when you need to break the long trip into two. It is not a luxury bathroom or bedroom, but we didn't expect one for that price, as long as it is clean and warm. And it was.

Convenient location, reasonable rates. Bonnie at the front desk was friendly and extremely helpful Housekeeping knocks at the door at 845 am while checkout is at 11. It would be nice to be left alone. The cleaning staff met outside our window for a smoke break at 8 am and were loud and inconsiderate the first morning and we complained to the desk. The second morning they were hanging out in the hallway outside our door and again were loud and inconsiderate, even after letting them know we were sleeping and they woke us up. The do not disturb sign that I hung on the door had done nothing.

Other than the lady who was working at the front desk when I arrived and when I was checking out not much. She arranged transportation for me to and from the airport. I did arrive early and she went out of her way to get me into a room. I was on a tight schedule to get to a wedding. She was also very helpful in using the business center. twho ws extremly helpfukl not muchtha nt he lady working at the fri-iont sd=esk nothing I did not know the motel was pet friendly which is not a big deal but the hotel defintely had a smell of pets. The breakfast buffet which was good for a complimentary breakfast motel had extemely thin paper plates on which one was supposed to prepare and cut waffles There are much stronger paper/styrofoam plates available. This seemed really cheap. I stayed there to attend a wedding and one of the other guests at the wedding also stayed at the motel and told me he had to go out and get Febreeze to address the pet smell of his room. Also the limited one outlet in the room had a 4 plug adapter in the outlet into which it would not really grip any plugs. I had to crawl under the desk to get at this outlet. With all of the electronic devices one uses more or better outlets should be provided. Many motels I have stayed at, the lamps have outlets in their base. The bed was a king bed and the mattress was hanging off the boxspring when I got in. also the mattress was extremely soft and quite sunken in the middle.

We could hear the people upstairs walking no personality broken desk drawer, the back was missing so everything fell on the floor when we closed the drawer not enough outlets in the room had to unplug lights to plug in computer

Proximity to location I did not like that they had incorrect dates and had no record of my reserrvation. If I had not had the printed receipt from Bookings.com--I would of been out of luck. The confusion and wrong dates were a little concerning.

The staff was nice, it was obvious there was attention to keeping things clean. I liked having coffee aviable all of the time. The breakfast was appreciated. I wished there was hard boiled eggs as I am gluten and dairy free and some good protein would be great! There was no artificial sweetener for coffee, etc. My husband is diabetic, so we needed that. The breakfast area was very crowded, altho, probably unavoidable in this motel. My biggest complaint was the smell coming from the air conditioner. It smelled sort of like urine, left a very metallic taste in my mouth. Housekeeping did try and clean it, didn't help much. Your website says microwaves and frigs are included, yet the motel wanted $10 anight more for each of them????????
