Super 8 Palo Alto/Stanford  

The rooms were very comfortable, the place was kept very clean, the internet was great. Plus there is a really good fish restaurant right next door!

Comfort and cleanness.

There is NO laundry for guests there. Breakfast is very poor and disgusting. Grocery stores are too far from the hotel.

Exceptionally clean. Budget friendly. Great location for our purpose. Older but very well maintained. Staff very helpful.

We were in Room 214. Someone opened the door and he thought it was 216. His card number was 216. I hope this won't happen again. For this, I will not book another room with Super 8...

Adequate for what we needed. Bed was very comfortable.

Room smelled like air freshner and was neru outdated. Walls were very dirty.

It is convenient to Stanford University. The staff is very pleasant and kind. Room was perfectly clean and comfortable.

Very friendly gentleman checked me in (but if there are good rooms, he gave me a crappy room!, So maybe not so good...). The bed and pillows were comfortable enough and the price was low.

I was working long hours in the area and just needed a clean, comfortable place to sleep that had a reliable wifi connection for the short amout of time that I would be working from the room. The bed was comforable enough, but the bathroom was not clean enough, there was disgusting thick black mold on the tiles below the shower head, the microwave was from 1980, the fridge was not plugged in when I arrived and when I looked behind it to check I found a wad of cords all plugged in to a multi plug adaptor that was not grounded (the tv, microwave, cable, and fridge were all plugged in to the same outlet in this). The wifi was unrealiable and kept cutting out. The one night I watched tv for a little while it kept cutting out also. I had planned to stay there the next couple weeks on assignment but have cancelled my booking because the room was so bad.

I thought that a suite would consist of two separate rooms, which what I was expecting. I also requested a cot and the front desk said it would be ten minutes when in fact we had to go down to remind the staff after 40 minutes. Also the complimentary breakfast needs to be expanded just a bit, there is no variety.

The staff was friendly, polite and accommodating. Of course, the room clean was clean and well-apportioned.

Nice and close to everthing we were doing. Great staff.

Room was semi small, but clean.

Located a few meters away from bus stop, free se bus goes to Stanford Shopping Center Free internet, works ok via cord.

Wi-Fi sometimes was not worked, while cord connection was working good. Don't forget to turn on air conditioner, otherwise it'll be cold in the room.

Staff were unfriendly. When I needed to use wifi to take a call it did not have good enough reception in my room so I asked if I could sit in the lobby, they refused - and it was midnight and I was forced to stand outside at midnight for the hour call. Shamefull.

the door to the next room was right next to us and when it closed, it would wake us up (several times). That was super annoying when you are trying to sleep or even worse when you are already sound asleep :-(

Quiet, off street. And, had a vacancy versus everywhere else.

Worn-out, lumpy floor with tilting furniture; empty cookie rack at registration desk; difficult access from boulevard.

Very nice location and comfortable room, we were surprised to discovered the kitchen inside and bathroom is big and comfortable to use. It just next to Palo Alto square, so easy for dinning and movie.

The only thing we figured not so convenient is that we are living on 2nd floor and we didn't find any lift/elevator. Except this, we enjoyed our living in there very much.
