Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The early morning breakfast and the shuttle bus to airport.

The smell in the non smoking rooms. Smells like stale cigarettes. Smell is very strong.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, 24 hour shuttle was very accommodating also the close distance to the airport made it very convenient.

I felt the quality and cleanliness of the room did not match the price. The room smelled as if someone used a sour mop. Also the carpets were heavily stained which makes for an uncomfortable stay. The bathtub was also so off putting I bathed my toddler in the sink.

The price was right for our over night stay. We were impressed with the accommodations - microwave, frig and the smoking room - so rare these days. felt welcome!

I had a non-smoking room on the 2nd floor but there were also smoking rooms on that floor and so the whole floor smelled of smoke.

Heating was poor! Carpet Extrememly Dirty! Parking Lot Was Not Removed of Snow In A Fashion That Made It Easy To Exit Parking Lot.

Bed was very comfortable with crisp sheets. Room smelled very nice. Front desk employee was extremely nice upon check-in. Shuttle service to airport was very pleasant.

There were long strands of dark hair in the tub/shower. Not enough counter-top space in the tiny bathroom for cosmetics. Older carpeting with some stains. At 6:50 a.m., there was not enough batter to make waffles with. Older TV.

Great, friendly, value for money, clean and close to airport with a shuttle bus provided.

It is near pit airport and hotel rate is very reasonable.

Our flight from jfk by JetBlue was delayed by 2.5hr, hence reaching at 1.30am on 19 sep 2012. After we collected our baggage, we called Super 8 for free airport transfer but the man who answered our call said their their airport transfer ends at 12.45am. We told him their website specify free 24hrs airport transfer. He told us to take a cab instead. We end up spending Usd 22 on cab fare.

Breakfast disappeared early -- 9 am, I think -- no sign or staff information the night before to warn us of this.

I did not have a chance to take in the sights since it was an overnight only stay.Your Super8 provided a good night sleep and transportation for my flight out. I was pleased with the accommodations and friendliness of the staff.

I liked it solely for the nearness to the airport and the shuttle service.

I didn't like the pervasive odor of cigarette smoke throughout the building, especially in the lobby and halls. I didn't like the indifference of the people at the front desk. I didn't like the lack of cleanliness in the room. There was actually a mold-appearing stuff growing in the tracks for the windows by the dowels holding them shut and the carpets were dirty. I didn't like the obvious disrepair in the room---tiles in the bathroom, very dim lighting......

The staff on the desk at arrival and in the morning were great. they were most helpful and accommodating.

However the girl on desk during the day before my arrival was unable to provide directions to the hotel, and even the 800 number for Super 8 staffing was very weak in telling us how to get there. We had some challenges finding our way.

The staff were really friendly and helpful with every request. The free shuttle service that is available 24 hours was so convenient and made my travels a lot easier to organise. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe and secure in the hotel and the room was very clean and comfortable! A great experience! Would recommend for travelers who need access to the airport.

Bad linen to old and not very clean, They confused my reservation with the dates and was waiting for a long time for the room.

Location was the only thing I liked about this Motel 8.

It did not show well---very unkempt. The breakfast was not good---too little variety of foods and no where to sit and eat. The cost was this motel is too high for the quality of the motel. It needs a ton of renovations.

It was not clean, overall in ill repair and I would not choose to stay there again, It was also difficult to find from the airport. If I had not had GPS I would never have found it
