Staff was curteous and efficent. Lobby was clean and room was clean
Carpeting in room had large stains wll over and needs replacing. Microwave ad refrigerator did not work, and when we called the front desk we were told maintenance would be up first thing in the morning. They never showed up nor made an effort to change our room in the two days we stayed. No elevator, and two flights of steep narrow stairs. Beds are old and as hard as a rock.
Convenience. I was taking my son to a concert in Greensboro. All hotels were sold our. So we decided to stay outside of the city. The hotel staff was very friendly and efficient. The location wad good and close to restaurants. The rooms appeared to be recently renovated, except the bathrooms. More importantly, the room was clean. I slept great but missed breakfast because it stops at 9 on the weekends, which was a bit strange. Definitely would stay there again. Jen, Bluffton SC
Close to freeway
Breakfast bar small poor looking.
ample free breakfast
I was travelling with my older parents (79,80) on the way to a convention. When we arrived it was almost 11pm. Although we had booked a non-smoking room, we were told there was not one available, and that it was booking.com's fault. The only rooms available were smoking and upstairs. This small hotel does NOT have an elevator. Finally we were told there were non-smoking handicap rooms available on the first floor with a king bed and pull out sofa. However we would have to pay about $20 more for this, even though it was now after 11pm and they were unlikely to rent them. I would have been happy to pay a small additional fee, but a 33% increase for the room seemed excessive. I hauled all our luggage up the stairs, and we slept very poorly in the very smelly room. I should mention that when we arrived the desk clerk had locked herself out of the office and had no way to get back in (she'd been trying to figure it out, her phone was inside). I offered her a credit card and we helped her get the door open.
The staff was super nice. The room was clean and comfortable.
WiFi kept going out!
I was able to get the same room each week. I love the location!! The staff is good!!!
The smoking rooms!!!!!!!!!
Good price point Courteous, Professional Staff Near Dining and Stores Adequate amenities
Air could be fresher (slight smoke odor in hallway) Breakfast can continue to be upgraded (such as meat/eggs, bagels, and yogurt/more fruit)
The room was cozy and very clean. It was also very quiet and the staff was very courteous.
The breakfast was nothing special and could use some variation in selection. The internet would not allow me to stream any music, and even though the room was booked a couple days in advance and the check out time was set for an evening arrival, the fridge was not turned on which made it impossible to chill drinks and food prepared for a romantic evening...
It was the cheapest around without bad reviews. I would give this an 8 out of 10. If prices stay the same, I would stay again to visit my in laws.
Bathroom could have been cleaner and staff could have been more cordial. They were not rude. Just not very personable.
Second trip to Salisbury for railroad museum activities this is one of the nicest kept Super 8s most others are not well taken care of and the get what you pay for is true in super 8s case but this location (surly there are probably other ones) is well managed and maintained. Will return.
Well maintained facility. Staff was very accommodating. Would stay hear again. Continental breakfast was all we needed for the morning. Very good.
I liked how it was conveniently located near where I had to conduct business.
I noticed that there were ants and other random critters around the bathroom sink.
The value was excellent.
I had to call the desk about the room above ours. It sounded like they were playing football. The desk person advised me she would call them. About 10 minutes later, I had to call the desk again. After this call, things were quiet and we were able to get to sleep.
Did not have an elevator. We had older ones with us. It was a challenge getting luggage and them upstairs. There was only one stairwell. In the case of a fire it could be a disaster.
Freshly remodeled room
Breakfast selection (free)
Indoor pool not heated and dirty. Burn holes in the comforter on bed. You could see light all around the door frame and the door looked worn. Noise from the other rooms and upstairs.
The staff was very friendly.
Our jacuzzi tub had muddy foot prints all over the bottom of it when we got in the room and only one of the jets worked.
Very friendly reception, eager to help us by offering room change without request. Facilities very clean and fresh smelling.
Coffee was not very good. Don't know if was brand or water used.
The young lady (Janelle?)at the front desk was so friendly. She called me by name when I entered the door, meaning she had done her homework and at least knew I was coming. Very friendly and courteous. Very clean hotel
Hate the fact that it is at a dead end road that runs along I.85 but not really a big deal.
