    The staff was super nice and the location was pretty good. Not far from a lot of cool things to do and good restaurants.

    It was one of those you get what you pay for. It wasn't the nicest place ever to stay but it was nice for how much we were needed it for. I would recommend bringing your own towels and pillows.

    It was very clean

    I think the Super 8 needs to be updated and the pool is small, but other then that it was a great place to stay.

    Location of the hotel was good. Walmart across the street and plenty of eating places around. Seaworld and alamo were not far away.

    Hotel was very old. There was no air conditioning in the hotel, only in the room. Bedding and furniture in room was very old. But it was good for the price I guess.

    excellent staff,from the moment i checked in to the time i left with my family on Sunday. good breakfast. i want to specially thank Joshua your staff and the staff in the morning,she was an elderly lady i believe she is in charge of he breakfast area. we enjoyed our stay,so thank you so much for accommodating me and my family this past weekend.and any time i want to visit San Antonia,you have me.once again,thank your wonderful staff for me.

    need new beds,new carpet,and your restroom updated.otherwise every other thing is okay.

    The staff was very courteous.

    The price of the hotel was clearly for location only. There needs to be some updates to the facility as well as the parking! We were forced to make our own parking spot because there was none. There were a lot of workers with big trucks and trailers that took up the lot, possibly due to the construction on I-10. My family didn't have a comfortable feeling with the sounds of the men walking around the facility at all times of the night.

    The A/C was great. They have a pool. We were received very well by the staff.

    Roach in the bathroom. Shower tub got clogged up after first use. Over all musty smell. Wi-fi was non existent in the room.

    The manager was friendly and tried to help, as much as he could, with the problems I encountered during my stay. I also liked the price.

    On the second and third mornings of my stay, I woke up with what looked like bedbug bites on my arms. I showed the manager, and he kindly moved me to another room, but not before I also discovered a pornographic magazine tucked between the mattress and box spring in my first room. For a month and a half after my stay I was provided no evidence of a room inspection while being denied a refund for any portion of my stay. Without any evidence that my luggage was not infested with bedbugs and no reliable way to clean the bags, I was forced to throw them away -- a loss of $200 for me. The motel eventually sent me a copy of the bedbug inspection that cleared them of infestation, but the bites that were appearing on my arms during my stay stopped cropping up as soon as I left the motel (I took every precaution available not to spread anything to my apartment). Because of my horrible experience at this motel, I have repeatedly requested some level of refund from the manager (who said that such a request is not in his power), from corporate headquarters and from the owner of the franchise. According to others I asked, the owner is the only one with the power to grant a refund, but over the course of two months, he did not answer a single one of my phone calls. From talking with the staff there, I surmised that this is a pattern of his. I would recommend that if you value your peace of mind, stay at another hotel. This is the worst travel experience I've ever had, hands down.

    The lady that checked us in was very nice...I love the price for the room.... over all the stay was real good planning to go back in August and stay at the same hotel

    Located a few minutes from river walk.

    Arrived to the hotel at about 23:00. There apparently was a problem with the fax machine, so the booking.com reservation didn't print out. The reception guy didn't look "very eager" to help. After a while he called booking.com. They refaxed the reservation, which didn't arrive also. At about midnight the fax machine was finally fixed, and I could finally check in.
