The price was excellent and the staff were friendly!
The beds weren't get comfortable.
I liked the location, room cleanliness and excellent service. Highly recommendable.
The hotel front desk clerk (Frank) was very polite, cordial and helpful with ideas of things to do and finding our way around!
What a great place everyone that worked there was super friendly.Great location.Great breakfast.I will be staying there again.
Parking was tight on busy nights.
Excellent staff. Very friendly.
All was good
The staff was very friendly & was a perfect place to stay with small animals
Needed more pillows
The staff was super nice and the location was pretty good. Not far from a lot of cool things to do and good restaurants.
It was one of those you get what you pay for. It wasn't the nicest place ever to stay but it was nice for how much we were needed it for. I would recommend bringing your own towels and pillows.
It was very clean
I think the Super 8 needs to be updated and the pool is small, but other then that it was a great place to stay.
Location of the hotel was good. Walmart across the street and plenty of eating places around. Seaworld and alamo were not far away.
Hotel was very old. There was no air conditioning in the hotel, only in the room. Bedding and furniture in room was very old. But it was good for the price I guess.
Location, A/C , POO, Breakfast
Lobby and Halways were very hot the A/C was out. The staff was not up to date on anything. Did not refund my money lost in the machine for headache meds instead gave me two asprins which I can't take.
Everything! It was disgusting!!
It finally worked after an hour long back and forth with the late night clerk jack. All he had to do was reset it but he gave me the runaround for an hour.
The attendant on duty at night named jack sniffed his snotty nose at me and gave me the run around with wi-fi my first night. WiFi didn't work on the 2nd floor so he gave me an ethernet cable, which also didn't work. I came to the lobby a 2nd time and WiFi still didn't work. Jack then blamed me and my laptop saying WiFi was working for him and everyone else. It wasn't until I told him I was going to complain to management that he reset wifi and it worked. Why didn't he just reset it in the first place?
Old, smelly, uncomfortable beds
We had a very comfortable 5 night stay and loved San Antonio the hotel was easy access to everything we needed
The mattress was stained but everything else was great
Room was small, but clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the evenings we came back and the shower curtain was missing. Josh was working the front desk, and was happy to bring us a new one, and even installed it. The "Texas" waffles at the complimentary breakfast were awesome!
The bed was not very good -- definitely bring your own pillows.
Don't have you own entrance
I love that the room had a fridge & microwave that worked. It was close to the highway. The staff was nice. Breakfast was good despite the limited choices.
Coin operated dryer didn't work. Floors were pretty dirty. One of our 2 rooms smelled a little funny. The bread offered at breakfast tasted bad. The hair dryer didn't work (but I guessed it wouldn't, so I brought my own.) Over all the place was perfect for the price.
Everything only thing maybe the breakfast can have more variety... fruit, yogurt, bagels..
We liked the price and proximity to the San Antonio River Walk.
Our check in was horrible. The desk clerk, Frank, greeted me with "you're reservation was cancelled because your debit card was declined. He then followed up by saying he could re-establish the reservation with another form of payment. He did his best to degrade me. While I was calling my bank to find out why my card was declined, he left and went out front for a smoke. There needs to be some customer service training and Frank needs to be moved to house cleaning.
excellent staff, from the moment i checked in to the time i left with my family on Sunday. good breakfast. i want to specially thank Joshua your staff and the staff in the morning, she was an elderly lady i believe she is in charge of he breakfast area. we enjoyed our stay,so thank you so much for accommodating me and my family this past weekend.and any time i want to visit San Antonia, you have me.once again, thank your wonderful staff for me.
need new beds, new carpet, and your restroom updated.otherwise every other thing is okay.
breakfast area to small for large crowds
The staff was very courteous.
The price of the hotel was clearly for location only. There needs to be some updates to the facility as well as the parking! We were forced to make our own parking spot because there was none. There were a lot of workers with big trucks and trailers that took up the lot, possibly due to the construction on I-10. My family didn't have a comfortable feeling with the sounds of the men walking around the facility at all times of the night.
That the rooms were very clean and our view
The pillows get new.
