The facility was clean, the beds comfortable, the staff very helpful and friendly. I stayed because I needed to be close to the airport for an early flight but did not want to pay the high prices of an on-airport facility. The shuttle was punctual at 7AM and the driver courteous. This was an excellent value for the money in this city!

The beds were very comfortable. Shuttle took a long time to pick us up. The room was quite small for 4 people. The only restaurant nearby was right next door but it closed at 9 so we weren't able to get dinner without getting a taxi. The location seemed to be in a rather "seedy" part of town.

Pleasant and courtsey staff. Clean hotel, not old building, beds were very comfortable, good location, not far from san francisco. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel.

We weren't there too long because we came in late and left early. On the surface, the hotel is nicely updated. They choose to rethink the typical Super 8 appearance and spent some extra money to get there. I would say visually the nicest Super 8 we've stayed in.

Ideal place to stay after a long flight especially if you plan to travel beyond San Francisco. Breakfast room is very small but for the price of the room it was no more than we expected.

Convenient to airport, spotlessly clean, comfy beds, lots of pillows, ample free breakfast with waffles, bagels, fruit juices, cereal etc. Reliable shuttle every 15mins. It's free, but the friendly drivers certainly deserve the tip. Would stay here anytime again.

I was surprised at the level of quality of the room. It was more "upscale" than I anticipated. We arrived very late, after a long, trans Pacific flight and left early in the morning to catch another flight. The guy running the counter was extremely kind and helpful both when we called to catch the shuttle and when we left the next morning. I wish I could remember his name so I could pass it along. THANK YOU for including breakfast. Without that we would have had to eat who-knows-what at the airport. The waffles rock. NA

You can't beat it for the price: it doesn't look like much from the street, but the rooms are spotless, roomy, & comfortable, breakfast is great & the staff is great. Close to the airport with good shuttle service. Perfect for a between flight stay or when you have an early am flight & want to be near the airport.

The location was convenient to the airport and the City, as well as the Peninsula. The continental breakfast and parking were bonuses, as was the wi-fi. The decor was uninspired, but fine for the price. I stayed there to save my company money.

I was there for an airport layover and chose based on price and airport shuttle provided The man at the front desk was very, very kind. The breakfast was awesome.the room was quiet. Bath tub drain needs repair. Can't remember the room # 315/8 something like that
