Super 8 San Francisco Airport West  

it had everything I needed for an overnight stay at an airport hotel; not a luxury experience but I only wanted a bed, bathroom and wifi, all of which were excellent and trouble-free. Staff very helpful.

airport shuttle infrequent and not on time

The airport has very few amenities, like food, television or shopping. I refer you to the Charlotte airport which has everything.

Budget friendly. Clean. Close to the airport. Also has a free shuttle to the airport that leaves every half an hour

Clean, spacious room, on site free parking, good proximity to public transport to city centre, reasonable price and good "American" breakfast which did not run out.

Adjacent to busy road (but we had a rear room so ok). Limited local dining options.

Comfortable and attractive room with all facilities needed at an airport hotel. A good breakfast was provided.

The room was noisy, we were kept awake by noisy neighbours, both above and next door. When we finally did sleep were awaken at 4am by garbage collection outside being very noisy. Not a good start to 24 hours of travelling starting next day from airport

All staff very friendly and very helpfull since I had lost my passport. Loved the free shuttle to airport we used 4 times. Very good complementary wifi.Free parking.

Location was perfect, very close to the airport. Room spacious, clean, staff helpful when needed.

Breakfast was poor and low quality. Not the best choice as value of money.

Small lobby area and breakfast room.

It was a great base for visiting in and around San Francisco. Travel was easy and the lodgings were very comfortable. Since we needed two rooms for the family, they were very accomodating in getting us adjoining rooms.

Breakfast area was very crowded.

Friendly and helpful staff. 10-15 minutes into San Francisco. Good value. I've stayed at other hotels in the area the past couple of years for the same price and this is the cleanest one I've come across.

The carpet looks clean but it also looks like it needs to be shampoo'D. Cleaning staff did a very good job of vacuuming the carpet though. The bed covers need to be "modernized". They still have an old cover that you can't tell how clean it is or when it was the last time it was washed.

The fridge and microwave are a great asset but a toaster in the room would be helpful

I've used this motel several times before and will always use it again. It's good, clean and comfortable and very good value with it's free courtesy transfers to and from the airport and good breakfast also included. It's also an easy 10 minutes walk to the local San Bruno Cal-Train station for a day trip into downtown San Francisco.

I really can't think of anything and have always found the staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff is very enthusiastic, formalities is very fast, good location, away from the airport near but not a little noise, room is very clean, very, very comfortable, casual visitors the best accommodation

Front desk, believe his name was Darren. Courteous, helpful, answered all our queries in an intelligent, friendly manner.

Pool, or hot tub would be nice.

Comformt and clean room, nice staff, free shuttle from&to airport, nice breakfast. Location is also good for public transportation, CalTrain station is less than 10 minutes' walk distance...BART Station is also reachable within 25 minutes' walk

Its a good hotel w/ a great value. They also provided big parking car,, i really recommended this plc.

The toilet flush seems a lil bit noisy.

We only spent one night in Super 8 but we had a really nice stay. Everybody was friendly to us, the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also good.
