Staff is very polite; the local bus stop is very closed to hotel; the hotel is 5 minutes from San Jose` downtown. The breakfast is basic and not continental. Rooms are not very clean. |

Nice tidy big unit, plenty of room. Serviced daily The motel did not have a guest laundry. Had to ask for cups to make hot drinks in the room. I had paid in full prior to our stay but have since discovered a small amount has since been charged to my credit card |

Nice, confortable Motel with big rooms and quite. Staff is very helpfull. It is located near a 24/7 bus line. The motel has "breakfast" included, but one can hardly call that a breakfast. My opinion is based on hotels in Europe for equivalent or lesser price per night. It may be standard in motels |

Nice area, fairly quiet despite of traffic on Alameda Road. WLAN free. Good Mexican restaurant very close by. Reservation got screwed up. However staff was friendly and helpful to rectify situation. Rooms had a certain smell. |

お風呂の水を抜くと、部屋の中のお風呂近くの床が濡れました。 インターネットの速度が全然遅いために、フラストレーションがたまりました。一時は接続不可能な状態にも陥- りました。（フロントへクレームを言いましたが、そのときは解決せず、後日いつの間にか直っていた）無線L- ANルータで、ひとつの回線を全室で分けてるから？という推測をしております。シリコンバレーの中心地「サ- ンノゼ」のホテルなので、もう少し快適な接続環境が欲しいと感じました。 |

Juat a motel opening 24 hours nearby SJC Airport. Need to drive a car for go restaurant and shopping basically, but only have a Mexican restaurant close to there. 出張滞在で3泊利用。 SJC空港に近いだけのモーテルのため多くは期待していなかったが、ベッド周りを含め備品にうす埃がかぶり- 、部屋内や寝具類の不潔感と併せ、$100超/泊の料金及び本Web情報のレイティング3星には疑問。また- 、予告無しに3日目外出後に部屋を変えられ（荷物も勝手に変更部屋へ搬入）、苦情に対しても確たる事情説明- 無し。 他の同等北米モーテル宿泊経験もあるが、このようなところは初めてで二度と利用したくない。 ロケーション上、仕方が無いが隣接メキシカンレストラン以外周囲至近エリアにレストランもスーパーマーケッ- トも無いので不便。 |
