Most comfortable beds I've ever slept on in an affordable hotel
More bathroom space would be good
The previous guests left a tin of hand salve in the room and this is what the room smelt like when we showed up there
Close to many stores and restaurants. Close to Cedar Point. Relatively not expensive.
Walls block very little sound. Loud plumbing. Smells very musty. Exhaust fan very loud and randomly quit working. No garbage bag in trash can neither of the two nights we stayed. Room was for 4 people but there was only 2 towels. Lack of pillows.
Comfortable beds waffle maker ,price was good.
I really hated waking up to a employee right out my door talking about hating her job there, she don't make any money there whatever its not the guest's problemyou need to do that elsewhere other than that not bad.
The breakfast treats and waffle maker was a nice touch. I also thought the bed was very comfortable and I slept well
There could stand to be a couple additional waffle makers in the breakfast area. I also didn't think the pool looked very inviting (clean) . Indoor pools are cool
Nice clean room good location
Good thing breakfast was free cause u get what u pay for it isn't very good. The linnens were nice and clean but the blankets were funky and uncomfortable.
asked for wake-up call, did not get it clock radio did not work no facial tissues in room
Affordable, staff is nice at the desk but room service was rude.
Small bathrooms and sink is in actual room and not in bathroom where it belongs
Close to the Walmart. Close to different places to eat.
Couldn't call the front desk; when we needed to, no cord in the phone. Had to plug the lights in the sockets.
Beds were firm
Room was not cleaned after our first night, the pool was dirty, the pool chairs were filthy my wife sat in a chair with a wet swim suit and when she got up the chair was clean and all the dirt was on her suit. When we brought up the issues with the manager all we got was an I'm sorry well sorry didn't help with the unmade room or the dirty pool and chairs. We will never stay at another Super 8 super dump
Had a musty smell
Staff was friendly.
The room had a bad smell, but was clean.
no clean towels available sun. morning
That they were willing to move us to a different room. The girl on the evening shift was very nice and accommodating.
That we had to go find the girl at the breakfast room because they only had one staff. We wanted to check out. Also that a lot of the lights were unplugged and to plug them in for lights.
Staff was good.
Room was very dirty. Carpet was dirty and stained, hair all over bathroom sink and in bathtub. Toilet seat was dirty. Scared to sleep in the beds after seeing the condition of the rest of the rooms!
I made a reservation for a handicap accessible room for my mom who recently broke her hip. I appreciated the attention to detail and everything was ready to go when we arrived at check-in.
I have stayed at the super 8 in Milan and now I have stayed at the one in Sandusky.even though the one in Sandusky is more convenient I prefer the one in Milan only because I have raynauds syndrome and when it's cold outside I lose feeling in my fingers. I would prefer not to have to go out in the cold to get breakfast.
Close to Cedar Point, not too expensive, and there are plenty of restaurants and stores around.
The latch on the door was non-existent (it looks like someone busted it off), which was bothersome because you don't feel as secure. The tv is old and sits low, so it is rather inconenient to watch it from your bed. The shower head only half worked; half the water would come out of the facet and half come out of the shower head. The drain also didn't work very well and water would build up to your ankles as you showered.
Close to cedar point, we booked online....didn't read reviews first..big mistake
The lady who checked us in was rude, gave my husband the immediate feeling they get a lot of trashy people staying there, as she made a point to keep telling him to make sure the room is clean when we leave. The room was dirty! It smelled dirty, the carpet felt sticky so we kept our shoes on. Mold and filth in the crevices of the bathroom tile. We slept about 5 hours and got out. We felt so dirty being there.
No lights worked in room except the bath room light. The bath tub water took 2 hours to go down. The breakfast room was way to small and under staffed. I had to stand to eat some breakfast.whitch was not much there because other people were waiting on staff to restock.
The staff was terrific they knew we had to leave by 5 A.M. for a charity bicycle ride and opened the breakfast station early for us. They were pleasant and willing to help.
the toilet rocked 3/8th of an inch to either side, the shower walls had mold on them the bathroom floor was disgusting. the room phone and tv remote was missing from the room and there were bobby pins on the floor from the past guests. For the money spent this was a disapointing stay.
The rooms where over all pretty clean. The set up of the rooms was nice.
One thing I did not like is the three o'clock check in. We got at the hotel.at one and had to wait until three. For one are room was ready and to we wasted time that could have been spending doing things we came there to do. Second the staff was kind of just hanging out talking about stuff in the loby that really don't need to be talked about in front of customers. Third the front desk lady was asked to please send another towl set to are room and she said no problem. But we never got it! We stayed in the back part of the hotel and there was no snack machines near us. We had to walk up to the other building in the rain just to us the machine.
