Price was good. Location was good. Friendly staff
Staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient to shops and grocery and movies. Staff let me put my special food for breakfast in their big freezer.
Many times the back door was propped open and not locked. Very laid back but not the kind of neighborhood where you would want the door left open for safety.
Bed was comfortable. Desk staff was nice and helpful.
Just looked so tired. chipped tile floors, tile baseboards falling off. chipped bathtub. This room was just OLD. LOTS of noise from upstairs neighbors. For a night over it was ok, but definitely not on the list for next time.
I got there on a Friday night I booked a queen room I got a free upgrade to king room . Very nice and helpful staff breakfast was good .i stayed 4 nights wifi never failed . Anytime I'm in Santa Fe I will stay at this hotel.
There was a little damage to the tile but it didn't bother me . They may want to upgrade there tv"s to flat screens.
WiFi not working very well from our room, better at the main hall of the hotel.
hot breakfast with biscuits and gravy, eggs
Location and staffs
We arrived to Santa fe a day earlier, than originally planned. I would not have wanted to stay here for more than one night. It's definitely a value hotel. But, we just needed to sleep, and it worked well, for that.
Good location for down town art museums and galleries
The old tv's
Comfortable bed, wonderful staff! Good clean accommodations for the price, breakfast was much better than the standard continental breakfast served at most Super 8's! Have stayed here twice, and will again!
Wifi was a little slow..... But that's about it! Love this Super 8!
Hotel has character. Room was clean, comfortable, TV worked perfect (although no HBO, despite indication that there is), laundry, nice staff. We really liked this place and would stay again here if we return to Santa Fe
Breakfast is of the usual poor quality, location not central (but expected)
The receptionists were both very helpful, polite and overall nice. Rooms were a decent size with two queen size beds, a small dining table, good and clean utilities, and quite comfy. As a single female traveller I felt safe.
Bed sheets and towels just needed to be cleaner: spotless, brilliantly white rather than greyish with an occasional spot. Woolen blanket just isn't warm enough in the midst of winter, and isn't very hygienic either. Carpet was vacuumed but had seen better days about 20 years ago.
You could hear a lot of noise from the room above, next door, and the corridor.
Front desk could use more help during the holidays. We had to stand in a long line. I guess people that did not have their booking sect.
For the price you get what you pay for. It's not the Hampton or Marriott.
Pleasant staff, attentive, helpful.
Maid didn't pick up TV remote from under bed covers on floor, so had to call for one, then found myself in the morning. Wish breakfast lasted until 10 not 9.
More channels and the breakfast.
I liked that my wife and I got a low price ($49) for a Saturday winter night. The heater worked well, and the wi-fi was problem-free. The staff was friendly, too.
actually pretty decent given the <$50/ nite category. good beds and 4 pillows per bed, decent shower and the morning free breakfast was similar to what Holiday Inn Express hands out. even had a waffle maker. shockingly - the TV had a zillion channels to choose from (50+) ....
not much really
Comfortable, clean, wifi, breakfast. Nice staff.
Breakfast was a little bland.
Clean quiet room, free breakfast, comfortable bed, helpful staff. Right on a main road with plenty of fast food and other dining options right there.
The first room we were given smelled like cigarette smoke, but they immediately gave us a new room which was perfect. (And they were friendly and apologetic about it!)
Breakfast was bland and not good, charged me for the whole stay right away on my debit card and then kept charging a daily rate, checked out early and will never stay there again and I am in Santa Fe on Business this week but not staying there for sure!
The staff has been very helpful and friendly. The beds and pillows are comfortable (I usually bring in my own pillows but they are still riding in the car a week later). The weekly rate was great for a double room with breakfast included. The monthly rate is great as well, no breakfast included but that is no problem, we brought in our microwave for quick heating of instant oatmeal etc. The motel is older but very well kept, cleaning and maintenance staff do their job well. We like it so well we are staying the length of my 3 mo contract here in Santa Fe.
The internet occasionally slows down to the point of frustration but otherwise I have no complaints.
towels were not great. but I was so happy with everything else I will always come back. thanks
