The staff are at best curt and at times rather nasty so stick to yourself & if you really need help with most things (directions or food) find someone else to ask. The internet only works in the lobby with the continental breakfast of the cheapest doughnuts, sugary cereals & bread around as the "meal".
It's cheap, clean & easy to find. The beds are firm mattresses & you can walk to a few eateries.
The room smelled. The sheets were dirty and ripped in places. The toilet seat was cracked in multiple places. They advertised a spa bathroom, when in reality it was a disgusting red heart shaped Jacuzzi in the room. Horrible attitude from the staff. Denied me a refund of my money and refused to contact management. I will never stay here.
Each room I stayed in was dirty broken furniture and no I will not recommend this hotel to any one and I will not return.
Burn marks all over the comforters. I would never stay here again. Definitely don't recommend
Nothing. Don't recommend
The room needs renovation very much, it did not smell good at all and looked dirty. The drawers were broken and the TV showed everything in 50 shades of green only. The refrigerator was simultaneously full of water and ice.
Friendly staff, good wifi, close to NY with good bus connection to Port Authority. There is a microwave, a refrigerator and coffee maker.
Almost 'zero' communication from the administration staff, even allowing for our unfamiliar accents? Though we chose the location, this non communicative attitude emphasised a 'solitary' feeling? Shame no one even asked 'how' we found the Knight's Inn and 'why' we chose it? Whilst we didn't pay for an acceptable 'bedside' manner, doesn't cost anything to make an effort?
Good sized room. Everything we needed for a comfy stay. Breakfast is basic, but does the job and one can eat heartily. Very close to other businesses ie Burger King, Subway, Grocer/Newsagents. Crossing the highway is a challenge (!) but we coped. The bus stops are very close and the Motel needs to emphasise this more. The 161 service to and from the PORT Authority in NY is superb value for money and a great service. Being so close to Teterboro Airport provides a perfect landmark for guests using the bus in knowing where to get off, specially at night.
It is so convenient to reach NY by bus for 25 mins. Totally free parking and unlimited time of parking create the value of this place. Free breakfast and enough needed facility in the room. Great value of money
Everything is very poor Not clean Smell is very bad for everyone With family y have to take good hotel
Walk in - the jacuzzi tub is a but dirty was caked on stains. The carpet in front of the jacuzzi is soak and wet. I thought it was due to the cleaning people, but the towel keeps getting wet and turning brown - all under 12 hour time span. A tile between spa and doorway to the bathroom had a crack and hole - everytime I walk over it - it spits out water. Do not know where the water is coming from. I did not use the jacuzzi tub during my stay. I used the toilet and shower. That in turn makes me weary of how clean the bed and sheets are. I had to sleep with my traveling clothes and slept on top of all the sheets - lined it with my clothes in case of any potential bedbugs or etc.
The beds were extra firm, there wasn't much to the "breakfast" area, I couldn't understand half of what they were saying, and they charged me twice which was later cleared up
Not clean at all, staff being there when necessary but not quite friendly.
Good location, good access for bus for Manhattan, good facilities.
I went and looked at the room there was a bug in the wall, old sheets with stains and we left and requested our money back.
We pulled up there were cops in the lot, they lost or never received my booking and I watched the guy charge me more compared to the prices other people had paid.
Smelled awful, dirty walls, broken furniture, uncomfortable beds/pillows. Cigarette burns on blankets. I don't expect paradise for a motel but for 90+ dollars a night these conditions were not comfortable.
Staff was polite.
There is no Laundry and the wi-fi does not work properly.
I like due is 30 minutes from NY and there is a bus that go strigth to NY and the price for those who wnats to shopping in nY is really afordable.
to get home and on my credit card have a extra night charged and have problemes to fix it. the breakfast not much to choice from
our overall stay was great, was easy to travel to NY and back. Apart from the airplanes it was not noisy. Enjoy ours stay
There wasn't anything to like.
Nothing. It was dirty and it stunk. Horrible breakfast.
The toilet would not flush (which we fixed) and there was no Hot water in the shower at all (which never got fixed) in 1 of the 3 rooms that we had. All the room were not really clean and the sheets in some rooms were stained.
Just mainly the location.
The room smelled awful! The sheets were filthy! Someone was smoking marajuana in a close by room! We asked for new sheets and we never received them!
It was under construction. I took 2 hour to NJ/TP just few miles away.
Free WiFi without asking. Close to where I want to go.
Very run down, tv was fuzzy, no coffee pot with coffee maker, small bathroom, unfriendly staff, not enough pillows, dirty blankets, wet carpet, smelled bad, needs to be remodeled, breakfast was bad, no baggage assistance, felt dirty, bad water pressure, uncomfortable beds, gross
The reception we received after a long tiring journey was horrific. The reception clerk was either intoxicated or was mentally deranged. He was extremely rude and used derogatory language when told that we had a reservation. Not only did he misbehave with us but also with two other gentlemen waiting to be accommodated. It was indeed a bad experience.
They lost my original reservation. The walls weren't entirely painted, the room smelled faintly but noticeably of smoke, there wasn't a covered walkway between the building with the rooms & the front desk (it was pouring rain).
They didn't create a hassle in making a new reservation. Plentiful towels & soap w/ shampoo/conditioner. You definitely got what you paid for.
