The front desk clerk was very rude
Clean room Nice breakast good
Nothing really, did not feel safe. Did not like the lighting in the bathroom, very dim. Room was warm as hallway and they both smelled damp and moldy. Window not locking was a major issue. Will never ever recommend or stay here again. Years ago this was a much a nicer place. The owners just don't care at all.
All rooms are interior rooms, rooms were clean, very close to several fast-food establishments, hot breakfast available.
Wonderful Location. So easy to get to everywhere we needed to go!
Poor breakfast, but enough.
It is a simple hotel and it is little bit far from St. Louis downtown - about 15/20 min. If you are looking for a place just to sleep during your stay in St. Louis and you have a car, it is a good place.
The beds were old, the carpet was dirty and old and smelled in the hallway. Staff was very nice though.
Walls were too thin. Employees do not speak English so we had to work through hand gestures and pictures when requesting alter check-out time.
Clean common areas. Awesome air conditioner/heater unit.
Lobby smelled like smoke. The person at the desk that I suspect is the owner threatened us in poor English that if we make any trouble then we have to leave during check in. I'm a well dressed 21 year old Asian boy and I didn't do anything to warrent such a threat.
Rooms were nice for price
The area is not run down per se but not much around there. More so a residential area the strip mall across the street is half empty
Clean still looks somewhat new and lots of free parking and not too far from the airport
The first room we had was bug infested and they wouldn't give us our money back they would only switch us to a different room. They lost our second room reservation and at first didn't believe that it had already been paid for. Thank goodness for online banking to prove we already paid for it. We will never stay there again.
Noisy other people could be heard basically all night.
Everything seemed old
Bed was comfortable
A party started on my second night (24th) around 9:00 PM with talking in the hall way and opening and closing of the room door and slamming the door afterwards. The staff got them to leave but came back around 10:00 PM and went to around 3:00 AM. Even after repeated calls to the night clerk who could not understand what I was requesting and I feel did nothing to solve the problem.
My Name is Jerry, I stayed in St Louis Airport Super 8 motel. The help from the night clerk by the name of Mike was the very best. He was professional, helpful at all times. He was a great REP. for the hotel. Much thanks and more.
The walls were too thin. Didn't really feel secure in the location. Probably will never stay at another Super 8 again.
The staff was nice.
I would have liked to have more space for breakfast it was very crowded and loud.
The service from the employees was excellent. However I would have liked to have more space for breakfast it was very
Noisy upstairs people
People warned me this was not the safest part of town.
Liked the deskclerck, Matthew. Easy grab and go breakfast. Parking was great. I was amazed by the speed of the Wifi and it was easy to connect too.
Smell of smoke and something else in all hotel space. Suggestion: smoking rooms shall be refurbished and made non- smoking ones. It is allways ok to smoke outside:)
Towels were stained and the sheets had burn holes.
You got what you paid for. Breakfast was good though.
Air conditioner was old and door on it was broke. It did cool down the room but we dodnt know what temperature it was on because the dial would just spin and keep turning.
I loved the price. The beds qere comfortable and the rooms were very spacious.
Honestly, I have no complaints with the hotel or it's location. Even though it's not technically in St. Louis, it's very close to all of the sight seeing areas all over the area. Nothing was more than twenty minutes away.
I enjoyed the super comfortable bed. The fact that the room had it's own refrigerator and microwave. Both worked wonderfully. The staff were more than accompanying to all of my questions and the other stuff that I needed; such as: extra pillows, shampoo, conditioning bottles, facial, body soaps, bath towels, hand towels, and wash clothes. Also, as soon as any food item that had run out while at the breakfast area were to run out of any particular product, the staff were very quick to restock the items. My family left full and satisfied. Highly recommended.
I called for directions and the owner was unable to help me even though I was less than 6 blocks away. My toilet stopped working on the 2nd day. Every day, they said it was fixed and then I would try to use it and it wouldn't flush. I was charged the two-person rate even though I was traveling alone.
