When we checked in, we looked around the room. The floor was dirty, the sheets had yellow stains on them and there was what looked like blood on the shower curtain. There was hair in the sink and the drain was clogged from hair build up. My wife went to turn on the lamp and was shocked literally by and exposed wire that was near the turn switch. After calling the front desk, girl said she will contact maintenance. This was not fixed for 2 days until I caught the manager in the hallway and showed him the lamp. Housekeeping was horrible. When we got to the room on day 3, the sheets were never changed, there was toilet paper on the sheets (all they did was pull the covers up) and there were no pillow cases on the pillows. The TV volume kept going out while we were watching TV. There were hypodermic needle caps on the walkway outside. This hotel is total trash and I would not ever recommend anyone stay there. I have contacted Super 8 corporate and they basically blew me off. I even took pictures of everything and they did not want to see them. We will never stay at another Super 8 again!
The Location was fine because it was right off the highway.
The room was so musty I had to go to Walmart and buy some candles so I can make it smell better it looks like it hadn't really been cleaned in a while maybe since last person that stayed there. The staff was not very knowledgeable about restaurants or slight things around town. The breakfast was not good at all and they charge extra fees are not included in what I was quoted on booking.com
The hallways were dingy and beat-up looking. The view from my room window was of a section of the parking lot that looked to be the site of the "Serta night massacre"--about a dozen old mattresses tossed haphazardly on the pavement.
Counter service. Only saw someonewhenWe chechecked. In
Hotel is in need of a make over.
Musty, worn out. Unappetizing breakfast offerings.
Didn't care for the pillows that's all

Comfortable and nice stay !
the manager and the waffles
needs cosmetic updating
Boyd was at the front desk. He was a very hospitable and gracious host who made us feel like treasured guests.
breakfast didn't start until 6am.
promising a complimentary breakfast at 6:30 and both days nothing was set up; no person around and no answer when the buzzer on the counter was rung. Person in charge was poorly dressed, unreliable, and unpleasant...never again.
Few amenities no lid on toilet room very small
The cost of the room was too expensive for the lack of amenities provided. $170 a night and no ironing board or iron in the room. Dingy towels, almost threadbare.
Easy to find place with standards of Super 8; non-typical furniture
very comfortable bed
slightly noisy late at night lobby poorly organized for continental breakfast
I did get a good night sleep on the bed. I did not over pay for what I got on a Friday night in Taos
Staff was on the phone for 5 minutes with the owner while I waited. The room had a musty smell to it. The TV was an old CRT model. The bathroom was gross. The toilet kept running. I would have paid an extra $50 for a room in a quality motel
My room was not cleaned despite not having a Do Not Disturb sign on the door.
Water Damage in the bathroom was shoddily covered up.
The beds were very comfortable and warm.
