Staff although quiet, were extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was a really pleasant expderiece. A big thank you to the two guys who looked after the breakfast room every morning. Internet facility a real bonus. Room, although dated, was spotlessly clean and kept immaculate. . The bed was extremely comfy and the safe facility in the room was reassuring. We were there for eight nights and it would have been nice to have the sheets changed at least once during our stay. The lady in charge of the rooms was lovely and did a really thorough job. "Thank you and well done"!!! Being Times Square its bound to be noisy, however, there was building going on beside us which made it hard to sleep- it would be polite to inform clients about this possibility and maybe supply earplugs!!! |

The location is very convinient, the room was very nice and the staff very friendly. They allowed me to book in earlier. All over the hotel and facilities was very clean. I did not like the breakfast set-up. I did not like the plastic cups and cutlery. I also think is will be good if they can indicate with posters what is where i.e yogurt and butter. Due to current builing activities next door it was a bit noisy but I am sure it will be great once finished. |

it was decent Terrible breakfast: hardly anything to choose form, old milk, etc. knives, plates, etc all in plastic. Hotel crew didn't make you feel 'at home' |

Accessible, clean. Friendly staff. Construction next door made the stay unpleasant. Loud beeping woke me up at 7am every morning and thundering vehicles contributed to noise pollution throughout the day. Without the noise, the hotel would have been great - the rom was a good size and everything else was good. |

It was close to sopping, restaurants and broadway. The breakfast had a lot of varities. The windows in our bedrooms were old...therefore the sounds of sirens were very clear as though the windows were open but were not! |

Although the room was rather small without much daylight, it was well designed, comfortable and cosy and very quiet, which is quite something for New York. The location is excellent, 5 minutes from Time Square but in a quiet street. Everything is walkable from here. The "free continental breakfast" should either be charged for and improved or cancelled. |

Its location. its very close everything. Carpet smells, our room was not very clean, there was a puddle of water on the carpet beside our bed, we found a dirty towel under a chair in our room, T.V remote only works from close range & very disappointed to see no fridge in room! |

good location..close to theatres...Times Square, Museums,...Central Park and 5th Ave. stores The hallways leading to our room was very small and cramped. In the room the window was half covered by the airconditioning unit, with a view of a dark brick wall which allowed no light or view of the sky. The bathroom had no fan. Sign said that window was NOT to be opened. |

Location and free wireless internet access. The room's windows could not be opened and one of them was broken but fixed with a peace of paper and tape. Also there were two elevators but only one available for guesses. |

We stayed here for 6 nights. The location of the hotel was excellent, one block from Times Square, very close to the Rockfeller Centre & Radio City Music Hall. 5th Avenue is also only one block away for those looking to do some shopping. Continential Breakfast was an added bonus. Would stay here again without any hesitation.. Thanks for the great holiday. The bar in the hotel was a little small, but this definately wouldn't stop me staying here again as there are many nice bars in the area. |

The hotel is very close to Times Square and the Theatre District. There have been some recent rennovations inside the lobby and rooms. The computers are in a much more accessible location. Flat screen TV's have been added to the lobby and rooms. The continental breakfast is adequate and convenient. We've stayed in this hotel several times and only one concierge has been polite and helpful. A big thank you to the young lady who was there on 9/19/09. |

The location was perfect, the rooms were great for what we needed. Updated and clean rooms. I wish there would have been ice machines and vendor machines on our floor, had to go down nine floors just to get ice. |

The position of the hotel was amazing for all the main sights. Rooms were modern and generally clean. The bathroom was not particularly fragrant and the lift was very slow (9 floors was too many to walk every day) |

Our stay was wonderful, and I can only say good things about the Hotel @ Times Square. The only thing that was wrong was a dead battery in the TV remote, and they fixed that promptly. The room was lovely, very clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and just what we needed before setting out for the day of sightseeing. |
