Good wifi, clean room, nice and helpful staff. Couldnt ask for more.
The location of the hotel is perfect for sight seeing and shopping. Our queen room on the 7th floor was very spacey & such a comfortable bed. Breakfast was also very good.
The hotel is going through refurbishment at the moment and the hallways were being painted, however this didn't effect us.
The location was great and the fact that we were able to check in at 11:00am was also nice.
The back elevator to room 1023was broken had to use service elev. & on the day of our departure service elev. was broken too & front desk didn't bother to help us with our luggage, when I called down that morning he just said sorry nothing I can do. . . extremely poor customer service. Had to roll down our luggage 10 flights down at 6am, other guests & us were so mad.
Minutes from rock center and time square! Subway half block from hotel. Breakfast was good, one less thing to worry about.
Elevator broke and was out of service for a day. Could smell cigarette smoke in halls on every floor.
Perfect location for ease of walking to all of the Holiday attractions. Lobby was clean and nice. Staff was nice and friendly. Parking garage across the street.
Rooms could have been a little cleaner. Bathrooms were very clean, and hallways looked to be newly freshened with carpeting and wallcovering.
Breakfast was over crowded. Not enough seating. Windows were drafty. Not enough hot water during our showers. Rooms were very dated.
Fair price for a hotel so close to everything and with good service, rooms and breakfast included. Would return and recommend!
Breakfast is simple but works. Wi-fi service could be better and download service like movies from itunes appear to be blocked.
The elevator stayed tore up, the room was givin to two different family's which walked in on us when we were unpacking. We has to get a new key Everytime we returned to room it didn't work.
Loved the location and the staff. The breakfast selection was wonderful and well maintained.
our room was very small and our bathroom was more of a closet then a bath. Our room looked as if they had started to do building repairs but never finished as there were holes in our ceiling that hadn't been completely repaired. We expected a more based on the images on the hotels listing and were slightly disappointed by the room but felt it was balanced a bit by the hotels location to Times Square and local attractions.
Good location, near many famous place and also near my customer office. I always stay here when I come NY
Room is a little bit old but still okay
Proximity to Times Square, Rockerfeller Center, shopping, and Central Park. Bed was comfortable. Concierge service was helpful.
Room and bathroom were small. No refrigerator in room. Front desk staff was unfriendly.
For the price, you couldn't beat the centralized location. Continental breakfast was more than we expected.
Although I read that it was recently renovated, it seemed a bit worn already.
comfortable beds, easy baggage check, working wifi, very close to popular hot spots and subway, suitable breakfast for quick start on the road
dumpster of trash right in front of main doors - very unappealing, loud location (sirens, honking, city noise), older building
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. And it was nice to have a complimentary breakfast included. And although renovations are being done it didn't seem to interfere with any of our stay. I would definitely stay there again.
The continental breakfast was your typical fare-bagels, toast, fruit, cold cereal and there were hard boiled eggs (which I really did not like the taste of) A suggestion would be to add some hot cereal such as oatmeal...especially in the winter and scrambled eggs instead of the hard boiled.
Location it's the best
Convenient. In walking distance to Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Fifth Ave., Radio City Music Hall and Geand Central. Had a really nice continental breakfast included which is hard to find in NY City hotels for free. Good choice of food items. Free coffee, hot chocolate, etc. in the lobby at all times and a Conciere. Room was a nice size.
Price was high for the hotel. Picked this hotel because it said it had a bar/lounge. Was told it used to be on a floor in the hotel. Recently they changed it to what they call a roof top bar. Not very nice. Needs work. Was disappointed. Rooms could use airtime sprucing up. Otherwise was ok.
front desk staff very cordial, allowed early check in, room very large and clean. Nice breakfast downstairs. Great price, felt safe and secure.
wi fi very slow, room had no view
The location was wonderful for our trip plans!
loved the location, the staff, breakfast, the room - all of it was very good.
A kind of inadequate closet, bending down to hang clothes on a very low bar.
Very good location
Updated hotel two blocks from Rockafeller Center. Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms and they even include a continental breakfast.
Location, Location, Location. We also liked the continental breakfast. Our room was away from the street which made it quiet.
Room was not as clean as it should have been. The carpet was dirty-not vaccumed well. I found a pair of men's socks under the bedskirt of my bed. The room was extremely small for 2 queen beds. We barely had room to move around.
Large room; Large bathroom; Hot water in shower was rapid; Breakfast choices were plentiful.
We were awakened early one morning by two workmen banging on corridor walls, usinga loud machine of somesort, and talking & laughing very loudly in a foreignla nguage.
Room itself good size for Manhattan and beds comfortable, good breakfast
Room smelt of stale smoke, hot water not always available, upper rear hallway had no flooring and stairs taped off - very scruffy
The location is terrific, and it was the cheapest hotel for me. The room itself was acceptable. It was clean, smelled OK, and the bed was comfortable.
The third floor, where I stayed, was disgusting. There was an ancient crusty carpet with bits of construction debris on it, and it STANK of cigarette smoke. My door had the room number written on it in pencil. Luckily my room itself was fine, but the hallway was really quite awful.
