Our room 820 H was not made up. We got back to the room around 5:30 PM and bed was not made, trash not emptied, housekeeping never came in. We did NOT have the Do Not Disturb sign on our door when we left our room around 11 AM. We called the front desk and told the clerk and said we would be going out in an hour and could they please do our room then. We were told that they would. Well we came back from a show at 11 PM and the room was just like we left it...not serviced.
We had an early morning flight the next day and got up around 3:30 AM. We let the water run a long time but it was only lukewarm for our showers.
The digital clock on our bedstand never was adjusted for daylight savings time... it was an hour slow. We did not realize this until morning and we had to rush down to get breakfast before the breakfast room closed. When we told all this to the clerk before checking out, he said he apologizes and that was that. For a one star hotel, all this would have not surprised us, but for a hotel of your caliber and high rates, this was not acceptable.
We love having the coffee machine in the lobby with the cappuchino, hot chocolate, etc.
We love the location of the hotel.
We love the free internet and free breakfasts.
The rooms have good lighting and the amenities are good.
