ベッドが私の持っているQUEENサイズとまったくちがくてとても小さかったのでびっくりしました、即クレームにいきましたがそれがホテル用サイズといわれました。せっかくのバケーションなのに心地よいベッドにも寝れないでこの価格と結構ショックでした部屋もとても小さくガッカリでした。もっとはっきり現状を提示するべきだと思います 結局見付からなかったのですが本当に探してくれたのかなと正直疑っています。宗教的なものですが私にとってとても大切なものを忘れてしまいました。対応があまり熱心ではなく結局もう一度探してから掛けなおすという電話もなくおわりました。本当にベッドの下まで探してくれたらきっとむこうから連絡をくれたと思います。かなり気分が悪いです |

バスタブに湯がたまらないようになっていた。シャワーだけならそう表示すべき。 部屋によってエレベーターが違うことを紙に書いてかぎと一緒に渡して欲しい。奥のエレベーターが見えないので間違いやすい。 |

隣の敷地が工事中で朝7時から轟音が鳴り響き飛び起きました。。。滞在した部屋のインターネットサービスが不具合で、代わりに地下1階のビジネスルームに3台設置されているPCを使用することになりましたが、待ち時間も長く、急ぎの時は正直困りました。 |

場所柄、値段を踏まえるといいホテルだと思います。周辺の工事やホテル自体の修復工事が終わるといいですね。 街中の為か、夜中でも騒音が部屋に届いてしまいます。密閉性が向上するといいですが、そうなると他のホテル並の料金になってしまいますね。 |

If you are on a tight budget, The Hotel at Times Square is very well recommended for travellers like me. The hotel is vey clean and has very neat arrangement. The staff is very accomodating and would assist their clients. The elevator is very slow. There is additional charge in using a phone card to dial us or International Calls. |

Location is great. The beds are terrific. The room was very clean and the continental breakfast except for the coffee was great. the coffee was very weak, so had to head for Stabucks. |

Location, location, location. Excellent bedroom and bathroom, free internet with 2 computers in the lobby, nice breakfast... Great value for the money! Elevators could work better. Staff could, on one occasion or the other, be more friendly and efficient. But then again, it _is_ New York... |

It has an excellent location. The staff gave us good information when we asked them. It is a good place for those who want a hotel just for sleep and walk around Manhattan. The place is quite and silent in spite of being close to the night life of Broadway. The breakfast would be much better with more fruits. The price is good for a New York hotel but it is expensive for what it offers comparing with other cities. |

Great location. The hotel was just 2 blocks from Times Square. Front Desk service was extremely slow. I waited 15 minutes to check out and I was 2 people deep |
