The rooms are newly remodeled and clean.
Not much security at the front desk at night. Anyone could walk in unnoticied.
Newly remodeled. Pool and hot tub nice.
Security. One attendant on duty. Front desk not always manned. So any one can walk in unnoticed.
Great bed, clean and quiet
Clean New rooms convenient affordable
"Breakfast" not much choice. Pool a little cold
Price was good now I see why..
During booking nothing mentioned about construction! Men working through the night, music playing. Staff made wife feel stupid!
The facility is right off the highway.
They had work crew working into the night laying carpet. Also no carafe for the coffee maker. They advertise "breakfast" but only toast and cereal. They need to clean room as people leave not in the afternoon. We had to come back to check in and it was 1:00pm.
The staff here was exceptional. Very friendly and willing to do and go above and beyond to ensure my stay was a good experience. More than willing to accommodate my special requests and were very understanding in doing so. I will be staying here again every time I'm in town. Very easy access to the highway as well. The value for the price was very much above average. Two thumbs up!
The only thing I didn't like was the very strong smell of fresh paint. I think I landed right in the middle of a mini renovation which is never a bad thing. The carpeting in the hall could and I'd guess most likely will be replaced once the painting is done.
pretty quiet, staff was nice and helpful
Mattress very hard and only 2 thin pillows on bed, did ask at front desk and were given two nicer thicker pillows. Also only 2 bath towel, 2 hand towels and 2 washclothes...all very thin.
The swimming pool & hot tub was a nice option. The staff was nice in answering our questions and greeted us warmly.
The price of nearly $300 for 2 nights at a Super Eight felt very pricey. We travel several times a year and this was one of the more basic hotels in every aspect but the price did not match the options.
They have an elevator!
Not enough blankets and pillows, and no iron!
Staff were very helpful and personable. Location is great
Non smoking room smelled a bit like cigarette smoke. No paper plates at front desk to use in the micro. oven
Staff was very friendly and informable.
Was booked into a previous smoking rooom (motel is now non-smoking for the past 1+ years). The initial room smell was bad.
We were on the 3rd floor.it was quiet,I liked the color scheme&the fridge. Although the beds were nice, it was abit firm for me,but nothing that wasn't sleep able! Breakfast was nice, wish there had been some proteins, such as eggs, bacon or sausages. Loved the waffles! Not enough carts to put bags on to take to room.
Bed was comfortable.
The room smelled of cigarettes and the blue light from the lamps was unpleasant. It made the room feel sterile where a yellow warm light would have made the room feel comforting, which is desirable in a new place.
Breakfast could be better
We are an older couple and come here abt once a year to Geocache in the surrounding wheat and wine country. We found 164 caches. Ideal for that.
Bkfst was still on the light side. Only one waffle maker. Coffee was my favorite - Farmers. No peanut butter or English Muffens or Bagels. We stayed in a handicap room which should have some raised chairs. Otherwise it was fine. WiFi was rather slow.
Super 8 was spotlessly clean with new carpet everywhere. Staff was super efficient, friendly, and helpful. Our cost was less than half of other motels in the area. Location is right off freeway and close to Eastgate shopping area. Very quiet, lots of parking, comfy beds.
The new drapes, bedspreads, and room carpets were in colors that I would not have chosen: lime green, brown and blue. The breakfast was adequate, but not great: cold/instant cereals, juice, hot drinks, yogurt, waffles, toast. Nicely presented, though.
I thought my charges were fully stated to me, however, upon arrival, they announced that the price was over 10% higher due to taxes. This should have been stated from the beginning. By the time I learned of their deception I had no choice but to stay there.
the beds were very comfortable!!!
It was convenient and very comfortable. It was not in a crowded area, and we enjoyed our stay.
The hotel was close to the freeway and easy to find. The room was clean and nicely maintained. I asked for a quiet room, and the staff made sure I got one.Breakfast came with the price of the room, and it was pretty good. I only had cereal, but there was plenty of milk for it, and I saw materials for making your own fresh waffles, and a number of other breakfast options.
The card "key" sometimes did not work on the outside door, so I had to try it many times. There were crumbs on the counter in the lobby, which was a small thing, but it looked bad.
Pool & spa were very nice
A desk but no actual table in the room.
None of the phones were working. Sheets were tissue thin. Will not stay there again.
The convenience of the hotel and the fact that the air conditioner worked and was on a t'stat, the room didn't smell and easy to access.
Seeing a double rainbow out my third-floor window in Friday evening.
Stuffiness in the halls. Is there some way to open up to better air?
