Comfortable beds, great staff, small but adequate room. Excellent location to downtown Williams and restaurants. Had yummy meal at Pine Country Restaurant.
The hotel has a perfect location in order to get to the Grand Canyon. It is quiet (no noise from train) and even the AC is not too loud. Easy to reach.
Breakfast starts at 7 am only, the room is tiny and cannot host all the guests who want to go to the canyon early. The selection of food is limited as in most US hotels.
Good Breakfast-cook your own waffles!! Comfortable beds. Basic accom, but met all our needs. Can't really complain about anything.
The location was perfect (short of actually staying on Grand Canyon grounds). Just a 40 min. Drive from hotel to Grand Canyon & only a few mins. From grocery store and other various restaurant's & shopping. Very nice and quiet hotel. Staff is a little slow but very nice & polite.
Nothing. All was great!
It was easy access to the Railroad depot.
Don't nickel and dime me for WiFi. Everybody needs it. Include it with the room.
Towels dirty and old A.C./fan did not work
Rooms were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Location was very quiet. Staff was helpful. And were able to accommodate our room requests.Cindy was especially friendly and helpful. She offered tips and coupons. The pool was small and a little old but in a nice outdoor area and my kids really enjoyed it.
I did not like the pay toilet on the first floor. But I understand the hotel facilities get abused by none guests due to the highway location. It was a little inconvenient about 1-2 miles from the route 66 area but the good side is that it is quieter and very easy to drive in and out of and park.
High speed wifi worked well Easy to get to/from the Grand Canyon- just take the road the motel is on and head north Continental breakfast was your average quality, but had a good variety
Loud a/c unit kept waking me up Room smelled vaguely like smoke No frills- obviously a motel
The location was good.
The front desk lady who checked us in was rude. We had an extra person go with us and we were charge $15 more a night. They said for the breakfast and the shower. Breakfast was definitely not worth $15 and it would be a really long shower to cost $15. Would not stay there again.
Friendly and helpful staff Convenient location Very clean
A bit noisy air conditioner Very crowded breakfast area, though the selection was good
noise from the room above us
Just what we wanted. Price was reasonable, next to a wonderful town with various eateries, and very well situated for a visit to the Grand Canyon (about 45 minutes). The reception were very helpful and kept the launderette open for me to finish my washing! Small swimming pool but sufficient for a quick dip after a long day... Room was very comfortable... We were pleasantly surprised...
Nothing negative- good value for money
Every thing is fine including the quality of the breakfast (if you get a table).
Breakfast area is under dimensioned. To be improved.
very familiar staff, good location
In right spot
Hooking up inerter net
Very friendly staff. Waffle machine at breakfast. Nice hotel in general. 1h distance to Grand Canyon. Good value for money.
Poor wi fi.
Clean rooms, friendly personnel. We stayed just for one night and it was fine. Just your average hotel, don't expect much.
Be on time for breakfast, the dining area is very small and can't accommodate a lot of people.
Generally everything was great.
Distance to the town, shops, restaurants.
Williams is a fun place to be near and good for Grand Canyon. Plenty to do and good restaurants.
Very good environment!
Could clearly hear the guests on the level above me walking around all through the night making it very difficult to sleep. Toilet did not work properly. It is an older hotel that needs to be re-hauled and sound proofing done. Paid $110 for a $60 room.
Friendly staff Renew rooms are great All is good Just before the Williams entrance sign
None I can think of
- Staff was extremely helpful, we got some great tips from one of the ladies behind the desk (think her name was Cindy) - Excellent breakfast buffet (waffles, toast, muffins, cereals, etc) - Our room was comfortable and clean
- Breakfast area is indeed a little bit too small (very crowded at certain hours)
Location and staff good
Trains throughout the night were disturbing
