Room had strong smell of body odour.
Location of motel
Non smoking room smelled like smoke
The breakfast very poor. There was no protien in any of the choices. Some boiled eggs would be a great and economical addition. Many seniors need that due to the ad that says free breakfast, well this not true when there is no choice of protien.
The room was small, however very clean, and beds very comfortable.. Front desk service very poor.
Room had strong objectionable smell
Location and shuttle
Very unfriendly staff at reception. Bathrroom was nit very clean. Shower handkd was filthy
Bad smell, loud machine removing snow outside our window early sat morning, housekeeper walked into our room while we were still in bed
Yellow jaguar lounge had a GREAT band and cheap drinks, miserable staff though
poor water pressure in shower. room cold.
conveinece to airport and schuttle
At check in the person at the front desk was ignorant and rude. I don't think he belongs in this type of work because he is not a people person.
Price for the value is good The hotel is old but clean
Front desk persons and what is so called manager , he is everything but a hotel manager . Wi Fi did not work in the room , cleanleness is of the low grade, no value for money at all
No printer/computer to print boarding passes.
Room was clean...Close to restaurants..
Needed a elevator
Very Noisy, we were not able to sleep. heard some generator sound all the time. beds are not comfortable.
The girl at the check in desk was very rude. She was "busy" and didn't have time to be bothered answering questions.
The gentleman who helped me get ice. I cannot walk upstairs and he very kindly went and got it for me. He was extremely kind and I really did appreciate the help.
Stains on the towels. The fridge in the room was no where near cold enough. Breakfast should be more assorted. Shower had little water pressure whereas the sink had a ton. The cleaning lady made my boyfriend go into the bathroom and get the wet towels, put them in separate bags, then put the clean ones in the bathroom. She did nothing.
The room was smaller then the pictures made it look but overall it was good. Good location.
Receptionist not friendly at all and the room I stayed in was filthy and I would like a refund as it was not worth the 90.00 dollars
The guy who took us to the airport
Just wanted ice water at breakfast. (Silly, unimportant detail)
Great space for the money. Staff was super helpful when my boyfriend's flight was cancelled. Very clean and surprisingly big room.
Breakfast serving was poor, limited.
Room was very small, wifi didn't work at all.
Location and breakfast.
It was a last minute stay at Super8 i was worried about price n stuff but i did find nice economical place near to buffalo airport. It was reaaly good stay for me. Location was good, near to lots of restaurants n bars. Staff was realky helpful as well.
The sink and tub kept backing up. The gym smelled like mold.
We could see our car from the window. The bed was comfy.
representative on phone, weird smell, sparse breakfast, overpriced
The building smells terrible and the room was no better. Nursing home and old cigar smoke. The mattress was worn out, I felt like I was going to roll out of bed all night.
It is affordable, no frills.. a bed, TV and a shower. Easily accessible location near many retail stores and restaurants.
The breakfast included bread, cereal and fruit items, but no protein (eggs) so we didn't stay for breakfast.
The hotel was very, very clean. The rooms were freshly painted, the carpets and bedding were up to date. The hotel staff, while not always at the front desk, came readily when you pressed the buzzer. The hotel was in a very safe area and easily found. This is the first time we stayed at a Super 8. Due to last minute reservations, we couldn't fine room where we normally stay, but this was clean and safe. We booked on line and the pictures are accurate. There are many restaurants close by and highway access is very close.
the rooms need to be updated, really filthy carpet and the sinks in the bathroom were moldy looking. it wasnt a very comfortable stay and i couldnt wait to check out
close to the movies and places to get dinner
