Have stayed here before. Great location- only feet from the beach. Pool area is very nice. Spotlessly clean updated rooms. Great Value. Will certainly return.

Everything was fine until at 8 in the morning someone walked into my room while my girlfriend and I were laying in bed. The door was locked! I mentioned to the front desk that this was a problem and she accused me of lying. First she said it was someone on her staff, but after describing her staff we concluded that it was not. Then she said it couldn't be any other guests as they all have different keys. Then she accused me of making the story up because it had been a few hours since the incident. Never during this time did I get anything that resembled an apology for the inconvenience of someone walking into my locked room. Finally I thought of a solution, she could ask the other guests. If no one admitted to accidentally walking into my room I would let it go. Nope. She refused to even ask the other guests. She was clearly hiding something so I told her I wasn't comfortable staying the next night and I would like to cancel my next night booking. She said I had no option of a refund despite a stranger walking in my room when it was locked. I hung up angrily and she called an hour or two later saying it was her husband. I doubt it, but I was done arguing for the day. Still no apology. I've never wanted to punch someone so badly.

Cleanliness, proximity to beach

We loved the easy access to the beach and the heated pool and large patio area which is partially in shade. The rooms are spacious and it has a full kitchen. It is kept exceptionally clean.

There are not enough utensils to do most of your cooking in this kitchen.

A quite clean and nice room, near to a beach

$300 for two days in weekend in low season! It is too much for a budget old zero star motel. People, go in Asia! no in US!!!

This was our first stay at the resort. Very much impressed with the staff, comfort, and important for us how well maintained and clean our room and the entire facility was. We have a time share elsewhere but will return every year to Surfside. Quite a find.

I was clean and near the beach in a nice area.

The bed wasnt comfortable and no coffee maker in room but that forced us out to get coffe which was very pleasant.

Proximity to the beach

Perfunctory reception by staff who responded at extreme leisure when we knocked on the reception door at 4pm in the afternoon (they were not open). They were in full view of us but spent a couple of minutes (!!) finishing off a task before responding to our door bell.

Close to beach & grocerie store. Nice paver pool deck, Nice new/clean kitchenette. Pool area was pleasant with the tiled back wall & nice grass patches.

The bed had very little to no support. Bad/old matteras.

Preisleistungsverhältnis passt.Alles sauber und Ordendlich.Würden hier wieder her fahren.

Sauberer Pool. Lage ist fast perfekt, vom Hinterausgang zum Strand sind es nur ca. 50m über eine kleine Nebenstraße. Klappstühle für den Strand sind inklusive. Der öffentliche Strand ist ziemlich feinkörnig und akzeptabel sauber. Es gibt am Strand Duschen. Restaurants und Läden in Gehweite. Großer Supermarkt (Publix) ca. 3min mit dem Auto. Küchenzeile mit allem Zubehör (Geschirr u. Besteck) Bad und WC sind in ordentlichem Zustand. Insgesamt ist die letzte Renovierung wohl nicht lange her. Waschgelegenheit in hoteleigener Wäscherei mit Münzwaschmaschinen (Nachmittags bis Abends - kein Waschmittel verfügbar). Der Preis ist für das gebotene beinahe unschlagbar.

Die Polnischen Eigentümer sind nicht besonders kontaktfreudig. Keine Nachfrage, ob alles passt oder ob man zufrieden war. Die "Lobby" ist nicht immer besetzt. Allerdings sind die Eigentümer meistens auf dem Gelände erreichbar. Die kostenlosen Klappstühle für den Strand sind teilweise alt und rostig. Geschirr und Besteck ist theoretisch für 4 Personen ausgelegt, könnte aber mehr sein. Für 2 Personen ausreichend. Bei 4 vorhandenen Tellern hat man 4 unterschiedliche Designs. Natürlich gibt es für diesen Preis keine Spülmaschine.

Lage ok, Zimmer groß und recht sauber

The easygoing and relaxing atmosphere.

Although the furnishings are old, the place is kept so clean. I liked that the rooms have tiles - good for my asthma. Also, you can walk to the beach and to a nice little area where there is a beach park alongside a strip with a few good quality restaurants. This made for a lovely walk at night and a nice stay. I also liked having a refrigerator in the room.

The mattress in our room was old with many spots accumulated from years of use, so it was not a comfortable 2 night sleep. Also, extra blankets and or pillows were not available, plus the blankets were thin. Finally, a hair dryier was not available in the room.

The staff were extremely plesant. Overall you were left alone and that was great. There was ample parking. All of the rooms were clean and well managed. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and I will stay there again.

After 9pm the hotel really shuts down. You are unable to check-in, use the pool and the outside community area. Also there is no designated smoking area, it would be helpful to have a clear location for smokers.

Location and cleanliness of the room. Comfortable beds. Nice kitchenette.

Could not use the phone. Owner very unfriendly with trying to get the phone working. Another big disappointment is no visitors are allowed. I mean even one or two people were not allowed to visit us.

Waited waaay to long to get someone to the office to check in and out. Should be someone there all the time.
